電池(chi)管(guan)理(li)(li)系(xi)統(BMS)安裝于儲能(neng)(neng)電池(chi)組內,負(fu)責對儲能(neng)(neng)電池(chi)組進行電壓、溫(wen)度、電流、容量等信息的采集,實(shi)時狀態監測和故障分析,同時通過CAN總線與(yu)PCS、監控(kong)(kong)與(yu)調度系(xi)統聯(lian)機(ji)通信,實(shi)現對電池(chi)進行優(you)化的充放電管(guan)理(li)(li)控(kong)(kong)制。系(xi)統每簇電池(chi)組各自配(pei)(pei)一套電池(chi)管(guan)理(li)(li)系(xi)統,能(neng)(neng)達(da)到有效和高效地使(shi)用(yong)每簇儲能(neng)(neng)電池(chi)及(ji)整體合(he)理(li)(li)調配(pei)(pei)的目的。

AHBC-CANB電量傳感器為(wei)一高精(jing)度(du)直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)傳感器,主要(yao)安裝于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組母排,用(yong)于(yu)監測(ce)(ce)充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。AHBC-CANB采用(yong)磁通門技(ji)術(shu),具(ju)有高精(jing)度(du),低磁滯(zhi)等(deng)(deng)優點。零點偏(pian)置電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)小于(yu)10mA,由于(yu)采用(yong)磁通門原理,無磁滯(zhi)影響,在1000A大電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)沖(chong)擊后仍能保(bao)持低零偏(pian),高精(jing)度(du)特性。因此特別適用(yong)于(yu)動力電(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)量監測(ce)(ce),高精(jing)度(du)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)監測(ce)(ce)等(deng)(deng)應用(yong)場合。電(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)監測(ce)(ce)及(ji)管理系(xi)統。
磁(ci)(ci)通門(men)原理在(zai)高精度測(ce)量領域(yu)具有絕對的技術(shu)優勢,采(cai)用激(ji)勵磁(ci)(ci)場持續振蕩,可等效于消磁(ci)(ci)磁(ci)(ci)場,進而使磁(ci)(ci)滯降(jiang)到低(di)。
國標QCT 897-2011中第4.2.4條目規定SOC估算精度要求不大于10% 。為保證該精度,充放電監測精度需優于1%,為保證大電流,小電流場合下均有高精度SOC,傳感器滿量程精度需盡一步提高至0.3%。AHBC-CANB電量傳感器滿足(zu)該精(jing)度要求,并且具有更(geng)小的(de)磁滯(zhi)及更(geng)小的(de)零點偏移(yi)。
