     電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)管理(li)系統(tong)(BMS)安裝(zhuang)于(yu)儲能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組內,負責(ze)對儲能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組進行(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、溫度(du)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)流、容量等信息的采集,實時狀(zhuang)態監測和故障分析,同時通過CAN總線與(yu)(yu)PCS、監控(kong)與(yu)(yu)調(diao)度(du)系統(tong)聯機通信,實現對電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)進行(xing)優化(hua)的充(chong)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)管理(li)控(kong)制。系統(tong)每(mei)(mei)簇電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組各自配一(yi)套(tao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)管理(li)系統(tong),能(neng)達到有效(xiao)和高效(xiao)地使(shi)用每(mei)(mei)簇儲能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)及(ji)整體合理(li)調(diao)配的目的。

     AHBC-CANB電量傳感器為一高精(jing)度(du)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)傳感器,主要安裝于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組母(mu)排,用(yong)于(yu)監(jian)測(ce)(ce)充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。AHBC-CANB采(cai)用(yong)磁通(tong)(tong)門(men)技術,具(ju)有高精(jing)度(du),低磁滯等優(you)點(dian)(dian)。零(ling)(ling)點(dian)(dian)偏置電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)小于(yu)10mA,由于(yu)采(cai)用(yong)磁通(tong)(tong)門(men)原理(li),無(wu)磁滯影響,在(zai)1000A大電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)沖擊后仍能保持低零(ling)(ling)偏,高精(jing)度(du)特性。因此特別(bie)適用(yong)于(yu)動力電(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)監(jian)測(ce)(ce),高精(jing)度(du)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)監(jian)測(ce)(ce)等應用(yong)場合。電(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)監(jian)測(ce)(ce)及(ji)管理(li)系統。

磁(ci)通門原理在高精度測量(liang)領域具有(you)絕對的技(ji)術優勢(shi),采用激勵磁(ci)場持續振蕩,可等效(xiao)于消(xiao)磁(ci)磁(ci)場,進(jin)而使磁(ci)滯降到低。

國標QCT 897-2011中第4.2.4條目規定SOC估算精度要求不大于10% 。為保證該精度,充放電監測精度需優于1%,為保證大電流,小電流場合下均有高精度SOC,傳感器滿量程精度需盡一步提高至0.3%。AHBC-CANB電量傳感器滿足該精度要(yao)求(qiu),并且具有更小的磁(ci)滯及更小的零點偏(pian)移。
