    電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)管理(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)(BMS)安裝于儲能電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組內,負責對儲能電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組進(jin)行電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、溫度、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流、容(rong)量(liang)等信(xin)息的采集(ji),實時狀(zhuang)態監(jian)測和故障(zhang)分析,同時通(tong)過CAN總線與PCS、監(jian)控(kong)與調(diao)度系(xi)統(tong)聯機通(tong)信(xin),實現(xian)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)進(jin)行優化的充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)管理(li)(li)控(kong)制。系(xi)統(tong)每(mei)簇電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組各自(zi)配一套(tao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)管理(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong),能達(da)到有(you)效(xiao)和高效(xiao)地使用每(mei)簇儲能電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)及整體合理(li)(li)調(diao)配的目的。

簡介

    AHBC-CANB電量傳感器為一高(gao)精(jing)度直流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)傳感器,主要安裝于(yu)電(dian)池組母排,用(yong)于(yu)監(jian)測充放電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)。AHBC-CANB采用(yong)磁(ci)通門技術,具有(you)高(gao)精(jing)度,低磁(ci)滯等優點。零點偏置電(dian)流(liu)小于(yu)10mA,由(you)于(yu)采用(yong)磁(ci)通門原理(li),無磁(ci)滯影(ying)響,在(zai)1000A大電(dian)流(liu)沖擊后仍能保持(chi)低零偏,高(gao)精(jing)度特(te)性。因此特(te)別(bie)適用(yong)于(yu)動力電(dian)池電(dian)量監(jian)測,高(gao)精(jing)度電(dian)流(liu)監(jian)測等應用(yong)場合。電(dian)池電(dian)流(liu)監(jian)測及管理(li)系統。

磁(ci)通門原(yuan)理在高精度測量領(ling)域具有(you)絕(jue)對的技術優勢,采用激勵磁(ci)場持續振蕩,可等效于(yu)消磁(ci)磁(ci)場,進而使磁(ci)滯(zhi)降(jiang)到低(di)。

國標QCT 897-2011中第4.2.4條目規定SOC估算精度要求不大于10% 。為保證該精度,充放電監測精度需優于1%,為保證大電流,小電流場合下均有高精度SOC,傳感器滿量程精度需盡一步提高至0.3%。AHBC-CANB電量傳感器滿足該精度要求,并(bing)且具(ju)有更小的磁滯及更小的零點偏移。
