     電(dian)(dian)(dian)池管(guan)理系(xi)統(tong)(BMS)安裝于儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組內,負責對儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組進(jin)行電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、溫度、電(dian)(dian)(dian)流、容量等信息的(de)(de)采(cai)集,實(shi)時狀態監測和(he)故障分析,同時通(tong)過CAN總(zong)線與PCS、監控(kong)與調(diao)度系(xi)統(tong)聯機通(tong)信,實(shi)現對電(dian)(dian)(dian)池進(jin)行優化的(de)(de)充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)管(guan)理控(kong)制(zhi)。系(xi)統(tong)每(mei)簇電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組各自配(pei)一套電(dian)(dian)(dian)池管(guan)理系(xi)統(tong),能(neng)達到有效和(he)高效地使用每(mei)簇儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池及整體合理調(diao)配(pei)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。

     BMS具有電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)均衡、電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組(zu)(zu)保護、熱管理、電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)性能的(de)(de)分(fen)析診斷(duan)等(deng)功能。要求能夠(gou)實時(shi)測量(liang)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)模(mo)塊電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流、溫度和單(dan)(dan)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)端電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、并計算(suan)得(de)到的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)內(nei)阻(zu)等(deng)參(can)數(shu),通過分(fen)析診斷(duan)模(mo)型(xing),得(de)出(chu)單(dan)(dan)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)當(dang)前容(rong)量(liang)或剩余容(rong)量(liang)(SOC)的(de)(de)診斷(duan),單(dan)(dan)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)健康狀(zhuang)態(tai)(SOH)的(de)(de)診斷(duan)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組(zu)(zu)狀(zhuang)態(tai)評估,以及在放電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)當(dang)前狀(zhuang)態(tai)下(xia)可持續放電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)間的(de)(de)估算(suan)。

簡介

     AHBC-CANB電量傳感器為一高精度直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)傳感器,主要安裝于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組母(mu)排,用于(yu)監測(ce)充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。AHBC-CANB采(cai)用磁(ci)(ci)通門(men)技術,具有高精度,低(di)磁(ci)(ci)滯(zhi)等優點。零(ling)點偏置電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)小于(yu)10mA,由于(yu)采(cai)用磁(ci)(ci)通門(men)原理(li),無(wu)磁(ci)(ci)滯(zhi)影響,在1000A大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)沖(chong)擊后仍能保持低(di)零(ling)偏,高精度特性。因此特別適(shi)用于(yu)動(dong)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量監測(ce),高精度電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)監測(ce)等應用場(chang)合。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)監測(ce)及(ji)管理(li)系統。

磁通門原理(li)在高精度測量領域具有絕對的技術優勢,采用激勵磁場(chang)持(chi)續(xu)振(zhen)蕩,可等效于消磁磁場(chang),進而(er)使磁滯(zhi)降到低。

國標QCT 897-2011中第4.2.4條目規定SOC估算精度要求不大于10% 。為保證該精度,充放電監測精度需優于1%,為保證大電流,小電流場合下均有高精度SOC,傳感器滿量程精度需盡一步提高至0.3%。AHBC-CANB電量傳感器滿足該精度要求(qiu),并且具有(you)更(geng)小的磁滯及更(geng)小的零點偏移。
