     AHBC-CANB電量傳感器為一高(gao)(gao)精度(du)(du)直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)傳感器,主(zhu)要(yao)安裝于(yu)電(dian)(dian)池組母排,用(yong)于(yu)監(jian)測(ce)充(chong)放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)。AHBC-CANB采用(yong)磁通門(men)技(ji)術,具有高(gao)(gao)精度(du)(du),低(di)磁滯等優點。零(ling)點偏置電(dian)(dian)流(liu)小于(yu)10mA,由于(yu)采用(yong)磁通門(men)原理,無磁滯影響,在1000A大電(dian)(dian)流(liu)沖擊后仍能保持低(di)零(ling)偏,高(gao)(gao)精度(du)(du)特性。因此(ci)特別適(shi)用(yong)于(yu)動(dong)力電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)量監(jian)測(ce),高(gao)(gao)精度(du)(du)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)監(jian)測(ce)等應用(yong)場合。電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)流(liu)監(jian)測(ce)及管理系(xi)統。

磁(ci)(ci)通門原理在高精度測(ce)量(liang)領域具有絕(jue)對的技術優勢,采用激勵磁(ci)(ci)場(chang)持(chi)續振(zhen)蕩,可等(deng)效(xiao)于消磁(ci)(ci)磁(ci)(ci)場(chang),進而使磁(ci)(ci)滯降(jiang)到低。

國標QCT 897-2011中第4.2.4條目規定SOC估算精度要求不大于10% 。為保證該精度,充放電監測精度需優于1%,為保證大電流,小電流場合下均有高精度SOC,傳感器滿量程精度需盡一步提高至0.3%。AHBC-CANB電量傳感器滿足(zu)該精度要求,并且具有(you)更小的磁滯及更小的零點偏移(yi)。
