電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)管(guan)理(li)系統(BMS)安裝(zhuang)于(yu)儲能電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組(zu)內(nei),負責對儲能電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組(zu)進行(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、溫度、電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)、容(rong)量等信(xin)息的采集,實(shi)時狀態監(jian)測和(he)(he)故障分(fen)析,同時通(tong)過(guo)CAN總線與PCS、監(jian)控與調(diao)度系統聯機通(tong)信(xin),實(shi)現對電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)進行(xing)優(you)化的充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)管(guan)理(li)控制。系統每簇電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組(zu)各自配(pei)一(yi)套電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)管(guan)理(li)系統,能達到有效和(he)(he)高效地使用每簇儲能電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)及整體合理(li)調(diao)配(pei)的目的。
BMS具有電(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)均衡、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(zu)(zu)保護、熱管理、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)性能(neng)的分析診斷等功能(neng)。要求能(neng)夠實(shi)時測量蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)模塊電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、充放(fang)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)、溫(wen)度和單體(ti)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)端電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、并計算得到的電(dian)(dian)池(chi)內阻等參數,通過分析診斷模型,得出單體(ti)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)當前容(rong)量或剩余容(rong)量(SOC)的診斷,單體(ti)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)健康狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(SOH)的診斷、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(zu)(zu)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態評估,以及在放(fang)電(dian)(dian)時當前狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態下可持續放(fang)電(dian)(dian)時間(jian)的估算。

AHBC-CANB電量傳感器為(wei)一高(gao)精(jing)(jing)度(du)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)傳感器,主要安(an)裝于(yu)(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)組母排,用(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)監(jian)測充放(fang)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。AHBC-CANB采用(yong)磁(ci)通門(men)技術(shu),具有高(gao)精(jing)(jing)度(du),低磁(ci)滯等優點(dian)。零點(dian)偏(pian)置電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)小于(yu)(yu)(yu)10mA,由于(yu)(yu)(yu)采用(yong)磁(ci)通門(men)原理,無(wu)磁(ci)滯影(ying)響(xiang),在1000A大電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)沖擊后仍能保持低零偏(pian),高(gao)精(jing)(jing)度(du)特性。因此(ci)特別適用(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)動力電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)監(jian)測,高(gao)精(jing)(jing)度(du)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)監(jian)測等應用(yong)場(chang)合(he)。電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)監(jian)測及(ji)管(guan)理系統。
磁(ci)通門原理在高精度測量領域具(ju)有絕(jue)對的技術(shu)優勢,采用(yong)激勵(li)磁(ci)場持(chi)續(xu)振蕩(dang),可等效(xiao)于消磁(ci)磁(ci)場,進而(er)使(shi)磁(ci)滯降到低(di)。
國標QCT 897-2011中第4.2.4條目規定SOC估算精度要求不大于10% 。為保證該精度,充放電監測精度需優于1%,為保證大電流,小電流場合下均有高精度SOC,傳感器滿量程精度需盡一步提高至0.3%。AHBC-CANB電量傳感器滿足該(gai)精度要求,并且具有更(geng)(geng)小的(de)磁滯(zhi)及更(geng)(geng)小的(de)零點偏移。
