     AHBC-CANB電量傳感器為(wei)一高(gao)精度直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)傳感器(qi),主要安裝于(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)池組母排,用于(yu)(yu)監測(ce)(ce)充放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。AHBC-CANB采用磁(ci)通(tong)(tong)門技術,具有高(gao)精度,低(di)磁(ci)滯等優點。零點偏(pian)置電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)小于(yu)(yu)10mA,由(you)于(yu)(yu)采用磁(ci)通(tong)(tong)門原理(li),無(wu)磁(ci)滯影響,在(zai)1000A大電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)沖(chong)擊后仍能(neng)保(bao)持低(di)零偏(pian),高(gao)精度特性(xing)。因此特別(bie)適用于(yu)(yu)動(dong)力電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)量監測(ce)(ce),高(gao)精度電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)監測(ce)(ce)等應用場(chang)合。電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)監測(ce)(ce)及(ji)管理(li)系統(tong)。

磁(ci)通門原理在(zai)高精度(du)測量領域具有(you)絕對的技(ji)術優勢,采用激勵磁(ci)場持續(xu)振蕩(dang),可(ke)等效于消磁(ci)磁(ci)場,進而使磁(ci)滯(zhi)降到低。

國標QCT 897-2011中第4.2.4條目規定SOC估算精度要求不大于10% 。為保證該精度,充放電監測精度需優于1%,為保證大電流,小電流場合下均有高精度SOC,傳感器滿量程精度需盡一步提高至0.3%。AHBC-CANB電量傳感器滿足該(gai)精度要求,并且具有更小的磁滯及更小的零點偏移。
