摘 要:隨(sui)著(zhu)電(dian)力(li)需(xu)求的不(bu)斷增加(jia),電(dian)力(li)系(xi)統供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)可(ke)靠性要求越來(lai)越高,許多供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)系(xi)統已具備(bei)兩(liang)回或多回供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)線路。備(bei)用電(dian)源自動投(tou)入(ru)裝置(zhi)可(ke)以(yi)有效提(ti)高供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)的可(ke)靠性,該類裝置(zhi)能夠在工(gong)作電(dian)源因故障(zhang)斷開后,自動且迅(xun)速地將(jiang)備(bei)用電(dian)源投(tou)入(ru)到(dao)工(gong)作或將(jiang)用戶切換(huan)到(dao)備(bei)用電(dian)源上。本文介紹的AM5-DB低壓備(bei)自投(tou)裝置(zhi),可(ke)以(yi)針對洞庭(ting)變電(dian)站工(gong)程中不(bu)同(tong)的供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)方式提(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)對應的保護功能,能大(da)大(da)提(ti)高變電(dian)站運行的可(ke)靠性、安(an)全(quan)性和供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)質(zhi)量,有利(li)于實現(xian)變電(dian)站綜合自動化,實現(xian)無(wu)人或少(shao)人值班。

1 項(xiang)目概況


本項目(mu)為(wei)湖南洞庭(ting)500kV變(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站新(xin)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),項目(mu)主要(yao)內容為(wei)變(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站低壓(ya)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)柜,含(han)三個站用變(bian)(bian)進線、一(yi)個聯絡,其中0#站用變(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等級(ji)為(wei)10kV/0.4kV,1#和2#站用變(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等級(ji)為(wei)35kV/0.4kV。當(dang)任意一(yi)臺站用變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器退出時(shi),備用站用變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器應(ying)能自動切換至失(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作母(mu)線段(duan),繼續(xu)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。并且當(dang)站用低壓(ya)工(gong)(gong)作母(mu)線間裝設備自投裝置時(shi),應(ying)具備低壓(ya)母(mu)線故障閉鎖(suo)備自投功能。

2 產品(pin)需(xu)求


本項(xiang)目電氣主(zhu)接線圖(tu)如圖(tu)1所示,共需要實現以下兩(liang)種方式的備自(zi)投(tou)邏輯:

控(kong)制方式一:#0、#2站(zhan)用(yong)變投(tou)運,#1站(zhan)未投(tou)運。


正常運(yun)行(xing)時(shi)(shi),2QF合閘、5QF合閘,3QF,4QF斷開,此時(shi)(shi)由#2站用變帶(dai)兩段母(mu)線(xian)運(yun)行(xing)(#1站為(wei)緊急電(dian)源,手動操作,1QF默認斷開)。當備自投檢(jian)測到此時(shi)(shi)的電(dian)壓、電(dian)流和斷路器狀態,經過(guo)一(yi)定的延時(shi)(shi),備自投充電(dian)進(jin)入準備狀態。

當#2站用變(bian)進(jin)線(xian)電壓異(yi)常,備自投檢測(ce)到#2站用變(bian)無壓無流(liu),則斷(duan)開(kai)#2站進(jin)線(xian)斷(duan)路器2QF、母聯斷(duan)路器5QF進(jin)線(xian)開(kai)關,然后,備自投合#0站用變(bian)斷(duan)路器3QF、4QF開(kai)關,此(ci)時由#0站用變(bian)帶兩段(duan)母線(xian)。

當#2站用變(bian)進(jin)線(xian)電壓(ya)恢復正(zheng)常,備(bei)自(zi)(zi)投檢測到進(jin)線(xian)2的(de)電壓(ya)后,備(bei)自(zi)(zi)投充電準備(bei)恢復由#2進(jin)線(xian)供(gong)電。充電完成(cheng)后,備(bei)自(zi)(zi)投斷(duan)開(kai)#0站用變(bian)斷(duan)路(lu)器QF3、QF4開(kai)關(guan),合上#2站進(jin)線(xian)斷(duan)路(lu)器2QF、母(mu)聯斷(duan)路(lu)器5QF,恢復#2站帶整段。

控制方式二:#1、#0、#2站用變投運。


(1)正常運行時(shi): #1站(zhan)用變進(jin)線(xian)帶I段(duan)母(mu)線(xian),#2站(zhan)用變進(jin)線(xian)帶II段(duan)母(mu)線(xian),即(ji)1QF、2QF為合,3QF,4QF,5QF斷(duan)開。當備(bei)自(zi)投(tou)檢(jian)測(ce)到(dao)此(ci)時(shi)的(de)電(dian)壓、電(dian)流和斷(duan)路器狀(zhuang)態(tai),經過一定的(de)延時(shi),備(bei)自(zi)投(tou)充電(dian)進(jin)入準備(bei)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。


(2)進線(xian)1電壓異常(chang)后(hou)恢復正常(chang):


① 當1QF進線電壓異常,備自投(tou)檢測到#1站(zhan)用(yong)變無壓無流,則斷(duan)開(kai)1QF進線開(kai)關(guan),再合上(shang)#0站(zhan)用(yong)變的3QF 開(kai)關(guan),由(you)#0站(zhan)用(yong)變給I段母線供電。(其(qi)中(zhong),5QF母聯開(kai)關(guan)作為(wei)手動維(wei)修開(kai)關(guan))。


② 當備(bei)(bei)自投檢測到進線(xian)1恢(hui)(hui)復(fu)(fu)(fu)正常(chang)電(dian)壓,備(bei)(bei)自投充(chong)電(dian)準備(bei)(bei)恢(hui)(hui)復(fu)(fu)(fu)由#1進線(xian)供電(dian)。充(chong)電(dian)完成(cheng)后,備(bei)(bei)自投斷開3QF開關,合上1QF,恢(hui)(hui)復(fu)(fu)(fu)#1站用變(bian)帶I段母線(xian)。


(3)進(jin)線2電壓異常后恢復正常:


① 當2QF進(jin)線(xian)電(dian)壓異常,備(bei)自(zi)投(tou)檢測到(dao)#2站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)用變無壓無流,則(ze)斷開2QF進(jin)線(xian)開關(guan),再合上#0站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)用變的4QF 開關(guan),由(you)#0站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)用變給II段母線(xian)供電(dian)。(其中,5QF母聯開關(guan)作(zuo)為手(shou)動(dong)維(wei)修開關(guan))。


② 當(dang)備自(zi)(zi)投檢(jian)測到進線2恢(hui)復正常電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,備自(zi)(zi)投充電(dian)(dian)(dian)準備恢(hui)復由#2進線供電(dian)(dian)(dian)。充電(dian)(dian)(dian)完成后,備自(zi)(zi)投斷開(kai)4QF,合上(shang)2QF,恢(hui)復#2站(zhan)用變(bian)帶II段母線。


3 產品方(fang)案(an)


本工(gong)程共(gong)有(you)3個站用(yong)(yong)變進(jin)線,1個母聯,采用(yong)(yong)單母線系統,配置2臺(tai)AM5-DB低(di)壓備(bei)自(zi)投(tou)保(bao)護裝置分(fen)別安裝在(zai)3QF和4QF柜子(zi)上搭(da)配使(shi)用(yong)(yong),根據供電(dian)方式繪制帶(dai)有(you)互(hu)鎖(suo)關(guan)系的二(er)次原理圖,并定制特殊程序實現主、備(bei)電(dian)源的互(hu)相(xiang)投(tou)切,

4 現場(chang)安裝圖(tu)片


本項目AM5-DB低壓備自投保護(hu)裝(zhuang)置就地分散安(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)低壓開關柜上(shang),現場安(an)裝(zhuang)如下(xia)圖所(suo)示,該項目已于2023年送電使用(yong),運行正常。

5 結語(yu)


我國的(de)電力供(gong)(gong)(gong)應(ying)主(zhu)要依(yi)靠國家電網(wang)供(gong)(gong)(gong)電,電力缺(que)口也(ye)在(zai)不(bu)斷變大,尤其在(zai)用(yong)電高(gao)峰期缺(que)電現(xian)象嚴重,為(wei)(wei)此很多大型企業便自(zi)建電廠或配(pei)(pei)備(bei)發電機。備(bei)用(yong)電源(yuan)自(zi)動(dong)投入裝置,可以保(bao)證(zheng)電源(yuan)的(de)不(bu)間斷供(gong)(gong)(gong)電并提高(gao)供(gong)(gong)(gong)電的(de)高(gao)可靠性,目前已經成為(wei)(wei)現(xian)代配(pei)(pei)電工(gong)程中保(bao)護和控制回路的(de)重要部分。本文介紹的(de)洞庭500kV變電站配(pei)(pei)電工(gong)程使(shi)用(yong)AM5-DB低壓備(bei)自(zi)投保(bao)護裝置為(wei)(wei)不(bu)同的(de)供(gong)(gong)(gong)電方式提供(gong)(gong)(gong)對(dui)應(ying)的(de)保(bao)護功能(neng)。不(bu)但提高(gao)了(le)(le)供(gong)(gong)(gong)電的(de)可靠性,使(shi)整個配(pei)(pei)電工(gong)程實現(xian)了(le)(le)綜合自(zi)動(dong)化,還有效地(di)降低了(le)(le)工(gong)作(zuo)人(ren)員的(de)勞動(dong)強度。
