0 引(yin)言

       精細化工廠房大多是甲、乙、丙類火災危險場所,火災危險性大、甚至引發爆炸事故,對人員的疏散要求高。在發生火災事故時,消防應急照明和疏散指示系統是保證人員以較快的速度逃生、有效引導人們疏 散的重要消防安全設施。精細化工因其自身特點,火災危險性高、火勢蔓延快,消防應急照明和疏散指 示系統的設計顯得尤為重要。

 

1 消防應急(ji)照明與(yu)疏散指(zhi)示系統的(de)設(she)計 

       精(jing)細化工企(qi)業是生產精(jing)細化學品的生產企(qi)業,生產廠(chang)房(fang)大多(duo)是帶封(feng)閉(bi)樓(lou)梯間(jian)多(duo)層封(feng)閉(bi)式(shi)廠(chang)房(fang)、敞(chang)開

或半敞開(kai)式廠(chang)(chang)房及聯合廠(chang)(chang)房,且生產的(de)火(huo)災危險性大多是(shi)甲、乙(yi)、丙類火(huo)災危險。依據規范廠(chang)(chang)房內的(de)疏(shu) 散(san)通(tong)道(dao)、封閉樓梯間應(ying)設置(zhi)消防(fang)應(ying)急(ji)照明,甲、乙(yi)、丙類廠(chang)(chang)房的(de)安全出口(kou)應(ying)設置(zhi)安全出口(kou)標(biao)志(zhi)燈(deng),疏(shu)散(san) 通(tong)道(dao)及疏(shu)散(san)通(tong)道(dao)轉角(jiao)處應(ying)設置(zhi)疏(shu)散(san)指示(shi)標(biao)志(zhi)燈(deng)。

1.1系統類型選擇(ze)與(yu)控制 

       精細(xi)化工企(qi)業生產廠房消(xiao)防應急照明及疏散(san)指示系統類型的選擇根據生產廠房的規模、使用性質及

日常管理及維(wei)護難易程度等因素確定,主要有四中(zhong)(zhong)形式(shi):集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)型(xing)(xing)、集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)非(fei)(fei)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)型(xing)(xing)、 非(fei)(fei)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)型(xing)(xing)、非(fei)(fei)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)非(fei)(fei)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)型(xing)(xing)。

       對一些可(ke)能存(cun)在與空氣(qi)混合形成爆(bao)(bao)炸性混合物(wu)(wu)的危險(xian)物(wu)(wu)料的生產廠房,通常只設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)可(ke)燃氣(qi)體報警裝 置(zhi)(zhi),不需設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)火災自動(dong)報警聯動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong);而有些潔(jie)凈(jing)場(chang)所(suo),要求設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)火災自動(dong)報警聯動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong)。同 時精(jing)細化工(gong)車間多為腐蝕性及(ji)爆(bao)(bao)炸危險(xian)環境,如果采用自帶(dai)蓄電池燈(deng)具(ju),可(ke)能存(cun)在難以維護(hu)及(ji)更換的問 題。因此,精(jing)細化工(gong)廠房消防應急照明及(ji)疏散指(zhi)示系統(tong)根據不同使(shi)用場(chang)所(suo)主要可(ke)采用集(ji)中(zhong)電源(yuan)集(ji)中(zhong)控(kong)制(zhi) 型和集(ji)中(zhong)電源(yuan)非集(ji)中(zhong)控(kong)制(zhi)型。

       集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)型系統(tong)(tong)由應(ying)急(ji)(ji)照(zhao)明(ming)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)各(ge)場所(suo)集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)裝(zhuang)置,并顯示和反饋應(ying)急(ji)(ji)集(ji)(ji)中(zhong) 電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的(de)工作(zuo)狀態,同時要求對每個(ge)燈具(ju)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)監測(ce)和控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)非集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)型系統(tong)(tong)直接(jie)由人工手動信號(面板按(an)鈕或(huo)遠程手動控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)信號)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)裝(zhuang)置或(huo)消防應(ying)急(ji)(ji)配電(dian)(dian)箱及所(suo)配電(dian)(dian)接(jie)的(de)應(ying)急(ji)(ji)燈工作(zuo),非集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)不要求對每個(ge)燈具(ju)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)監測(ce)和控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。

1.2系統主要設備選擇及布置(zhi)

       集(ji)中電源集(ji)中控制(zhi)型系統由應急(ji)照(zhao)明(ming)控制(zhi)器、集(ji)中電源裝置、應急(ji)照(zhao)明(ming)燈具及疏散(san)指示組成(cheng)。集(ji)中

電源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)非(fei)集中(zhong)(zhong)控制型(xing)系統由集中(zhong)(zhong)電源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)、應(ying)急照(zhao)明燈具(ju)及疏散指示(shi)組(zu)成。集中(zhong)(zhong)電源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)作輸(shu)入電壓采用 AC220V,輸(shu)出(chu)電壓DC24V/36V,輸(shu)出(chu)回路不超過 8 路。每個集中(zhong)(zhong)電源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)額定輸(shu)出(chu)功率(lv)不大于(yu) 5kVA,燈具(ju)總功率(lv)大于(yu) 5kVA 的系統,應(ying)分散設置(zhi)(zhi)集中(zhong)(zhong)電源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),設置(zhi)(zhi)在電氣 豎井內(nei)的集中(zhong)(zhong)電源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)額定輸(shu)出(chu)功率(lv)不應(ying)大于(yu) 1kVA。

       依據規范要(yao)求(qiu),非火(huo)災(zai)狀(zhuang)態下(xia),系(xi)統主電(dian)源斷電(dian)后(hou)的燈(deng)具應(ying)急點亮時間 0.5h。蓄電(dian)池組的初裝容 量(liang)需要(yao)增加 0.5h,以保(bao)證主電(dian)斷電(dian)期間發生(sheng)火(huo)災(zai)仍能滿足應(ying)急照(zhao)明(ming)時間。

       根據精細化(hua)工(gong)企業廠(chang)房的(de)(de)特點(dian),消防應(ying)(ying)急(ji)燈(deng)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)選用(yong)(yong)不(bu)(bu)帶蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi) A 型(xing)燈(deng)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju),燈(deng)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)工(gong)作電(dian)壓為 DC24V 或(huo) DC36V。光源均選用(yong)(yong)節能(neng) LED,色溫不(bu)(bu)應(ying)(ying)低(di)于(yu)(yu) 2700K。火災狀態下,燈(deng)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)光源應(ying)(ying)急(ji)點(dian)亮、熄滅的(de)(de)響應(ying)(ying)時間 應(ying)(ying)符合規范要求。應(ying)(ying)急(ji)照明燈(deng)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)布(bu)置(zhi)采用(yong)(yong)多點(dian)、均勻布(bu)置(zhi)方(fang)式,燈(deng)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)布(bu)置(zhi)數(shu)量及(ji)燈(deng)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)功率選擇應(ying)(ying)滿足精 細化(hua)工(gong)企業廠(chang)房人員疏(shu)散通道及(ji)相(xiang)關區域的(de)(de)每點(dian)照度均不(bu)(bu)低(di)于(yu)(yu)規范要求低(di)水(shui)平(ping)照度值:疏(shu)散走(zou)道低(di)水(shui)平(ping)照度不(bu)(bu)低(di)于(yu)(yu) 1.0lx;樓梯(ti)間、前室或(huo)合用(yong)(yong)前室低(di)水(shui)平(ping)照度不(bu)(bu)低(di)于(yu)(yu) 5.0lx。疏(shu)散指示(shi)標志燈(deng)的(de)(de)設置(zhi) 應(ying)(ying)保證人員疏(shu)散過程(cheng)中(zhong)能(neng)夠清晰(xi)地辨識疏(shu)散路徑、疏(shu)散方(fang)向(xiang)、安(an)全出口的(de)(de)位置(zhi)。

       系統主(zhu)要設(she)備(bei)按安裝場所(suo)環境特(te)征選擇(ze),其防(fang)護等級一般正(zheng)常環境不(bu)(bu)低(di)于(yu) IP3x,潮濕及火災危險(xian) 場所(suo)不(bu)(bu)低(di)于(yu) IP54;腐蝕性(xing)(xing)環境選擇(ze)相應的(de)防(fang)腐型(xing)設(she)備(bei);爆炸危險(xian)場所(suo)防(fang)爆等級按爆炸危險(xian)區(qu)域的(de)分區(qu)、 可(ke)燃(ran)(ran)性(xing)(xing)氣/液(ye)體(ti)和可(ke)燃(ran)(ran)性(xing)(xing)粉塵(chen)的(de)分級、可(ke)燃(ran)(ran)性(xing)(xing)氣/液(ye)體(ti)的(de)引燃(ran)(ran)溫度、可(ke)燃(ran)(ran)性(xing)(xing)粉塵(chen)云/粉塵(chen)層的(de)低(di)引燃(ran)(ran)溫 度等因素進(jin)行(xing)選擇(ze)。

1.3系統(tong)供電及(ji)線路設計 

       集中控(kong)制型系(xi)統(tong)中,應急照(zhao)明控(kong)制器主電(dian)源由消(xiao)防控(kong)制室消(xiao)防電(dian)源供電(dian),備用電(dian)源采用自帶蓄電(dian)池

供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)應至(zhi)少使控制(zhi)器在主(zhu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)中斷后工作(zuo) 3h;集中電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)裝置由消防(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)應急回路 或所在防(fang)火分(fen)(fen)區的(de)消防(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)箱供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。非集中控制(zhi)型系(xi)統中,集中電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)裝置應由防(fang)火分(fen)(fen)區的(de)正常照明 配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)箱供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。

       系統線(xian)(xian)路(lu)選擇(ze)銅芯(xin)絕緣(yuan)導線(xian)(xian)或銅芯(xin)電(dian)(dian)纜,線(xian)(xian)路(lu)采用(yong)的(de)(de)絕緣(yuan)導線(xian)(xian)和(he)電(dian)(dian)纜的(de)(de)額定電(dian)(dian)壓應(ying)不低于(yu)工作電(dian)(dian) 壓。燈具(ju)采用(yong)集中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)源供(gong)電(dian)(dian)時,應(ying)綜合考慮配電(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)的(de)(de)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)距(ju)離(li)、導線(xian)(xian)截面、壓降損耗等(deng)因素。同一工 程中(zhong)相同用(yong)途電(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)纜的(de)(de)顏色(se)應(ying)一致;線(xian)(xian)路(lu)正極(ji)“+"線(xian)(xian)應(ying)為紅色(se),負極(ji)“-"線(xian)(xian)應(ying)為藍色(se)或黑色(se),接地 線(xian)(xian)應(ying)為黃色(se)綠色(se)相間。

       燈(deng)具配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)路(lu)宜(yi)按(an)防火分區、同一防火分區的(de)樓(lou)層(ceng)等(deng)為基(ji)本單元設置(zhi)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)回(hui)路(lu);樓(lou)梯間前(qian)室及合用 前(qian)室內(nei)設置(zhi)的(de)應(ying)(ying)(ying)急(ji)燈(deng)具應(ying)(ying)(ying)由前(qian)室所在樓(lou)層(ceng)的(de)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)回(hui)路(lu)供電(dian)(dian)(dian);疏(shu)散樓(lou)梯間內(nei)應(ying)(ying)(ying)急(ji)燈(deng)具應(ying)(ying)(ying)單獨設置(zhi)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)回(hui) 路(lu)。任一配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)回(hui)路(lu)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)接(jie)燈(deng)具的(de)額(e)定(ding)(ding)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)總和(he)不應(ying)(ying)(ying)大于配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)回(hui)路(lu)額(e)定(ding)(ding)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)的(de) 80%且配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)回(hui)路(lu)的(de)額(e)定(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流不 應(ying)(ying)(ying)大于 6A。

       集中控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統利用通信(xin)(xin)(xin)對每個燈(deng)(deng)(deng)具(ju)進(jin)行(xing)監測和控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),通信(xin)(xin)(xin)回路包(bao)括(kuo)應(ying)急照(zhao)明(ming)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)通信(xin)(xin)(xin)、應(ying)急 照(zhao)明(ming)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)與(yu)集中電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)或(huo)(huo)應(ying)急照(zhao)明(ming)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)箱(xiang)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)通信(xin)(xin)(xin)和集中電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)或(huo)(huo)應(ying)急照(zhao)明(ming)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)箱(xiang)與(yu)應(ying)急燈(deng)(deng)(deng)具(ju)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)通信(xin)(xin)(xin)。 集中控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統集中電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)或(huo)(huo)應(ying)急照(zhao)明(ming)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)箱(xiang)應(ying)按燈(deng)(deng)(deng)具(ju)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)回路設(she)置燈(deng)(deng)(deng)具(ju)通信(xin)(xin)(xin)回路,且燈(deng)(deng)(deng)具(ju)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)回路和燈(deng)(deng)(deng)具(ju) 通信(xin)(xin)(xin)回路配(pei)接(jie)的燈(deng)(deng)(deng)具(ju)應(ying)一致(zhi)。A 型燈(deng)(deng)(deng)具(ju)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)與(yu)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)采用二總線,可(ke)共(gong)用兩芯線。

 

2 典型(xing)應急照(zhao)明設(she)計案例

       以(yi)某精細化工生(sheng)產廠房為例,該廠房局(ju)部(bu) 3 層,兩個(ge)封閉疏散樓梯,占地約 98m321m,設(she)(she)有兩個(ge)防 火(huo)分區(qu)(qu)(qu),包含(han)潔凈區(qu)(qu)(qu)域和非潔凈區(qu)(qu)(qu)域。部(bu)分區(qu)(qu)(qu)域涉及(ji)環己烷(wan)、異丙醇、乙醇等危(wei)險物料,屬爆(bao)炸性氣體 環境危(wei)險區(qu)(qu)(qu),潔凈區(qu)(qu)(qu)域設(she)(she)置(zhi)了火(huo)災自動報警(jing)聯動控制系(xi)統。

項(xiang)目(mu)選用集中電源集中控制(zhi)型系(xi)統(tong),系(xi)統(tong)組(zu)成如(ru)下(xia)圖所示。

2.1 系統選擇(ze)及燈具布置(zhi) 

       依據規范該(gai)廠房(fang)消防應急照(zhao)明和疏散(san)指示系(xi)統應采(cai)用集中控制型(xing)應急照(zhao)明與疏散(san)指示系(xi)統。考(kao)慮本

廠(chang)房環境為腐蝕性(xing)、爆炸(zha)危險性(xing)環境,自帶蓄電(dian)池燈(deng)具難(nan)以維護(hu)并且相應的防爆燈(deng)具產品較少,車間選(xuan) 用集中電(dian)源型系統。

2.1.1 廠房消防應急照明設計

        廠(chang)房(fang)層高(gao)小于(yu) 8 米(mi),選(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong) A 型(xing)(xing)(xing)消防應(ying)(ying)急燈(deng)具。規范(fan)要求“疏散走(zou)道低水平(ping)(ping)照(zhao)度不低于(yu) 1.0lx,樓(lou)(lou) 梯(ti)(ti)間、前(qian)室或(huo)合(he)用(yong)(yong)前(qian)室低水平(ping)(ping)照(zhao)度不低于(yu) 5.0lx"。潔凈區疏散走(zou)道為非(fei)(fei)防爆(bao)(bao)(bao)區,選(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)非(fei)(fei)防爆(bao)(bao)(bao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)潔凈 A 型(xing)(xing)(xing)應(ying)(ying)急照(zhao)明(ming)燈(deng),安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)高(gao)度 2.5 米(mi),安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)間距(ju)約(yue) 8 米(mi)。非(fei)(fei)潔凈區疏散走(zou)道為爆(bao)(bao)(bao)炸危險區域,選(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)防爆(bao)(bao)(bao)型(xing)(xing)(xing) A 型(xing)(xing)(xing)應(ying)(ying)急照(zhao)明(ming)燈(deng),距(ju)地 2.5 米(mi)壁裝(zhuang),安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)間距(ju)約(yue) 7 米(mi)。疏散樓(lou)(lou)梯(ti)(ti)間及(ji)前(qian)室 選(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)防爆(bao)(bao)(bao)型(xing)(xing)(xing) A 型(xing)(xing)(xing)應(ying)(ying)急照(zhao)明(ming)燈(deng),吸頂安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang),樓(lou)(lou)梯(ti)(ti)間休息平(ping)(ping)臺上方各布(bu)置一盞(zhan)。

2.1.2廠房疏散指示系統設計 

       依據規范要求,廠房安(an)全(quan)出口應設置安(an)全(quan)出口標志燈,疏(shu)散走道及其轉角處距地面高(gao)度(du) 1.0m 以下(xia)

的墻(qiang)面或地面上設置燈光(guang)(guang)疏散(san)指示(shi)(shi)標(biao)志燈,燈光(guang)(guang)疏散(san)指示(shi)(shi)標(biao)志的間距(ju)不(bu)大于 10m;在走道轉(zhuan)角區,不(bu)應(ying) 大于 1.0m。

       在安全(quan)出口設置 A 型安全(quan)出口標(biao)志(zhi)燈(deng)(deng),門上 0.2 米壁裝。樓梯(ti)間(jian)各樓層設置樓層標(biao)志(zhi)燈(deng)(deng)。疏散走(zou)道安裝 A 型疏散指示燈(deng)(deng),距地 0.6 米壁裝,安裝間(jian)距不(bu)大(da)于 10 米,轉角(jiao)處不(bu)大(da)于 1 米。

       本廠房兩(liang)個(ge)防(fang)火分(fen)區(qu)各設一(yi)臺(tai)集(ji)(ji)(ji)中電(dian)源裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi),集(ji)(ji)(ji)中電(dian)源裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)設置(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)潔凈區(qu)非防(fang)爆(bao)區(qu)內,選用非防(fang)爆(bao)型設備。以防(fang)火分(fen)區(qu)一(yi)為例,防(fang)火分(fen)區(qu)一(yi)設置(zhi)(zhi)應(ying)急照明(ming)燈(deng)(deng)共 44 盞,設置(zhi)(zhi)疏散指(zhi)示(shi)、安全(quan)出口燈(deng)(deng)、樓層 指(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)(deng)共 30 盞。根(gen)據(ju)計算,集(ji)(ji)(ji)中電(dian)源的(de)容量應(ying)大于 405VA,參考樣本,應(ying)急照明(ming)集(ji)(ji)(ji)中電(dian)源技(ji)術參數見下表 ,車間(jian)選用 A-D-0.75KVA-A200L 集(ji)(ji)(ji)中電(dian)源裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)。集(ji)(ji)(ji)中電(dian)源裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)源引自防(fang)火分(fen)區(qu)內電(dian)源箱。

       應急照明燈(deng)具采用 WDZN-RYJSP-2*2.5mm2 型二總線(xian)供(gong)電及通信。潔(jie)凈(jing)區配電線(xian)路穿不銹(xiu)鋼管敷 設在技術夾層或夾道內,且應有防止(zhi)灰(hui)塵(chen)和(he)細菌進(jin)入措施(shi);非(fei)潔(jie)凈(jing)區配線(xian)穿鍍鋅鋼管沿屋頂及墻面(mian)明敷。配線(xian)鋼管外刷防火漆(qi)保護。配線(xian)鋼管穿越不同區域的墻孔洞應采非(fei)燃燒性材料嚴密堵塞,同時(shi)爆炸危險(xian)區內鋼管每隔一定距離堵塞一次。

 

3 結論

       精細化工廠房生產過程中涉及的(de)(de)物料一般具有(you)(you)腐蝕性(xing)(xing)、有(you)(you)毒性(xing)(xing)、易(yi)(yi)燃易(yi)(yi)爆等特性(xing)(xing),所(suo)以火災發生的(de)(de)危險性(xing)(xing)更高(gao),應急(ji)照(zhao)明(ming)和(he)疏散(san)指示(shi)系(xi)(xi)統的(de)(de)合(he)理設(she)計(ji)與(yu)應用是(shi)在事故時保證(zheng)人員安全疏散(san)的(de)(de)可靠(kao)手段(duan)。本文結合(he)實例,分(fen)析了精細化工車間應急(ji)照(zhao)明(ming)和(he)疏散(san)指示(shi)系(xi)(xi)統類(lei)型(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)選擇與(yu)控制、主要(yao)(yao)設(she)備的(de)(de)選型(xing)(xing)與(yu)布置,以及系(xi)(xi)統的(de)(de)供電與(yu)線路(lu)敷設(she),既要(yao)(yao)滿(man)足國(guo)家標準規范的(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求,也要(yao)(yao)貼合(he)生產場所(suo)的(de)(de)實際特征。
