淺談基于無線網絡的電動汽車充電樁系統應用與研究

摘要:針對在(zai)新能源汽車充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁產業發展過程中存在(zai)的(de)通信不(bu)兼容的(de)問題,設計一種基于無(wu)線(xian)網絡技術(shu)的(de)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁控制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)。該(gai)系(xi)統(tong)能在(zai)多種復雜(za)環境下正常(chang)工作(zuo),能有效管理(li)和控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車充(chong)電(dian)(dian),用戶體(ti)驗(yan)良好。

引言

      電(dian)(dian)動汽車充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)是由充(chong)電(dian)(dian)控(kong)制(zhi)單(dan)元和支付管理(li)這兩個部分組成(cheng),充(chong)電(dian)(dian)控(kong)制(zhi)部分主要(yao)負責充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)源模塊的(de)(de)功(gong)率變(bian)換輸出(chu)控(kong)制(zhi),支付管理(li)部分主要(yao)負責完成(cheng)用戶信(xin)息(xi)登錄、電(dian)(dian)量計(ji)量、費(fei)用結算、支付管理(li)等功(gong)能(neng)。現有充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)組成(cheng)部分之間(jian)(jian)相互交錯融合,并(bing)未能(neng)實現充(chong)電(dian)(dian)控(kong)制(zhi)與支付管理(li)業務之間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)*獨立分離(li),使得充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)產(chan)品的(de)(de)擴展性能(neng)差(cha),不(bu)利于系統集成(cheng),同時也增加運營(ying)成(cheng)本。

現有充電(dian)樁組成(cheng)示(shi)意(yi)圖

一、電(dian)動汽(qi)車充電(dian)樁的通訊方式

      電(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)車充電(dian)樁作為電(dian)網配(pei)用電(dian)側,其結(jie)構的(de)特殊性決(jue)定了其通信方式需要與配(pei)電(dian)網自動(dong)化(hua)一起綜合(he)考慮。在(zai)不同(tong)的(de)區域(yu)和條件下,其通信方式主(zhu)要有(you)有(you)線和無線兩種:

1、有線(xian)(xian)方式主(zhu)要以(yi)工(gong)(gong)業串行(xing)總線(xian)(xian)(CAN總線(xian)(xian)、RS485、RS232)和(he)有線(xian)(xian)以(yi)太(tai)網(wang)(光(guang)纖、RJ45接口線(xian)(xian))為主(zhu),有線(xian)(xian)方式的主(zhu)要優點(dian)是設計簡單、數據傳輸可靠、網(wang)絡容量(liang)大,缺點(dian)是布(bu)網(wang)布(bu)線(xian)(xian)復雜,施工(gong)(gong)成本高,擴展(zhan)性差,難(nan)于維護。

2、無(wu)線(xian)(xian)方(fang)式主(zhu)要是采用(yong)移(yi)動運營商提供的(de)無(wu)線(xian)(xian)網絡數據服務,如:無(wu)線(xian)(xian)WiFi.GPRS,4G網絡等。無(wu)線(xian)(xian)方(fang)式的(de)優(you)點是:成本低、施(shi)工(gong)周期(qi)短、適應性(xing)強、擴(kuo)展(zhan)性(xing)好、易于(yu)擴(kuo)展(zhan)和維護。

因此,設計基于無線(xian)網絡技術的(de)電動(dong)汽車充(chong)電樁控制系統,能夠簡化(hua)系統通(tong)信方(fang)式,用戶(hu)可以(yi)通(tong)過(guo)在(zai)手機客戶(hu)端建立APP,完成充(chong)電樁控制以(yi)及云端服務(wu)器之間的(de)數據通(tong)信,完成智能化(hua)充(chong)電和支儺理等業務(wu)。

二(er)、新型汽車(che)充電樁系統組成

      基于無線網絡技術的電動汽車充電樁(zhuang)控(kong)制系統由(you)硬(ying)件(jian)系統,Android系統,應用(yong)層軟件(jian),組(zu)網實現四大部(bu)分共同組(zu)成。

      硬件系(xi)統是由MCU處理器(qi)、控(kong)(kong)制單(dan)元(yuan)、RST85接口、CAN通信接口、以(yi)太網接口、保護電路等部分(fen)組成。使用(yong)的MCU是STM32F107系(xi)列芯片(pian),集成各種(zhong)(zhong)高(gao)性能工業(ye)(ye)標(biao)準接a,可(ke)以(yi)滿足(zu)工業(ye)(ye)、醫(yi)療、樓宇自動化等多(duo)種(zhong)(zhong)產品需(xu)求。另外,根(gen)據國標(biao)GB/T20234.1-2015電動汽車傳導充電用(yong)連接裝置中的充電模式4、連接方式C的充電接口方式要求設(she)計直流充電樁(zhuang)的控(kong)(kong)制弓(gong)I導電路。

      從Android系(xi)統來(lai)看(kan),是基于Linux開(kai)放(fang)源代碼的(de)系(xi)統。該系(xi)統采(cai)用(yong)了客(ke)戶(hu)端/服務(wu)(wu)(wu)端的(de)程序(xu)架構:客(ke)戶(hu)端用(yong)于與用(yong)戶(hu)之間的(de)直接交互,服務(wu)(wu)(wu)端則(ze)完成程序(xu)計(ji)算,提(ti)供基礎數據(ju)和服務(wu)(wu)(wu)。該系(xi)統無需(xu)大幅修改Android系(xi)統代碼,只需(xu)修改Linux內核(he)代碼,增加部分接口驅動程序(xu),如觸摸(mo)屏通信(xin),打卡機(ji)通信(xin),485底(di)層通信(xin)等。

      Andmid應(ying)用程(cheng)序框架(jia)(jia)分為(wei)應(ying)用層(ceng)(ceng)、應(ying)用框架(jia)(jia)層(ceng)(ceng)、系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)運(yun)行庫層(ceng)(ceng)和Linux內核層(ceng)(ceng)。在本(ben)文描述的(de)(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)控制系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)中,應(ying)用層(ceng)(ceng)軟(ruan)件對應(ying)的(de)(de)就是框架(jia)(jia)里的(de)(de)應(ying)用層(ceng)(ceng)。應(ying)用層(ceng)(ceng)軟(ruan)件為(wei)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)管理(li)人員提供操作(zuo)服(fu)務系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),用于管理(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)賬戶,充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)IC卡(ka)以及充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)體(ti)等(deng)(deng)信息(xi)。客戶端是基于Andmid手(shou)機開發的(de)(de)APP服(fu)務平臺,充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)分利用LBS(位(wei)置服(fu)務)技術和地(di)圖服(fu)務,實(shi)現實(shi)時定位(wei)、目(mu)的(de)(de)地(di)導(dao)航(hang)、充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)信息(xi)査詢、預約充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)等(deng)(deng)功(gong)能,并能獲取充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)的(de)(de)狀態信息(xi),例如(ru)是否(fou)有空閑的(de)(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)、目(mu)前狀態、以及支(zhi)付(fu)結(jie)算等(deng)(deng)。

      在(zai)組網(wang)(wang)實現方面,該系統釆用的是無(wu)(wu)線(xian)通信(xin)與無(wu)(wu)線(xian)中(zhong)繼技術,能(neng)夠全(quan)覆(fu)蓋充(chong)電(dian)樁(zhuang),充(chong)電(dian)樁(zhuang)體上集成無(wu)(wu)線(xian)通信(xin)模塊,支(zhi)持IEEE802.il協(xie)議標準,能(neng)夠為無(wu)(wu)線(xian)就地(di)組網(wang)(wang)提(ti)供基礎支(zhi)持,而(er)在(zai)域網(wang)(wang)中(zhong)各個充(chong)電(dian)樁(zhuang)就成為其網(wang)(wang)絡節點。集成無(wu)(wu)線(xian)AP技術,用于實現充(chong)電(dian)設備間通過超信(xin)號來進(jin)行橋(qiao)接中(zhong)繼的功(gong)能(neng),且不會影(ying)響無(wu)(wu)線(xian)的覆(fu)蓋范圍(wei)。

三、系(xi)統測試驗證(zheng)

      對(dui)充(chong)(chong)電樁下位機硬件(jian)、后(hou)臺管理(li)系(xi)統、手機客(ke)戶(hu)(hu)端APP進行測(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)。硬件(jian)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)內(nei)(nei)容(rong)包(bao)括(kuo):觸(chu)摸屏顯(xian)示界面、急停按鍵功能(neng)、以及直流接觸(chu)器工作(zuo)切換控(kong)制等(deng);后(hou)臺管理(li)系(xi)統測(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)內(nei)(nei)容(rong)包(bao)括(kuo):用戶(hu)(hu)信(xin)息、參數(shu)設置(zhi)、充(chong)(chong)電狀態(tai)等(deng);手機客(ke)戶(hu)(hu)端測(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)內(nei)(nei)容(rong)包(bao)括(kuo):掃碼登陸(lu)、選(xuan)擇充(chong)(chong)電模式、電量數(shu)據顯(xian)示和充(chong)(chong)電控(kong)制等(deng)功能(neng)。經過(guo)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)證(zheng),充(chong)(chong)電樁的各項(xiang)功能(neng)均滿足(zu)設計要求,而(er)且操作(zuo)方(fang)便,便于后(hou)臺管理(li),充(chong)(chong)電功率能(neng)滿足(zu)各種不同用戶(hu)(hu)需求。

四、安科瑞充電樁運(yun)營管理(li)平臺

1、系統架構

      安科瑞Acrelcloud-充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)收費運營云平(ping)臺系(xi)(xi)統(tong)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)物聯(lian)網(wang)技術(shu)對(dui)接(jie)入(ru)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)站點(dian)和各個充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)不間斷地數據采集(ji)和監(jian)控(kong),同時(shi)對(dui)各類(lei)故障(zhang)如充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機過(guo)(guo)溫保(bao)護(hu)、充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機輸入(ru)輸出過(guo)(guo)壓、欠壓、絕緣檢測故障(zhang)等一系(xi)(xi)列故障(zhang)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)預(yu);用戶通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)微信小程序掃描二(er)(er)維碼(ma)(ma),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)支(zhi)付后(hou),系(xi)(xi)統(tong)發(fa)起充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)請求,控(kong)制二(er)(er)維碼(ma)(ma)對(dui)應的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)完(wan)成電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)過(guo)(guo)程。

充(chong)電樁可選配(pei)WIFI模塊或(huo)GPRS模塊接入互聯網,配(pei)合加密技術和秘鑰分發技術,基于(yu)TCP/IP的數(shu)據交互協(xie)議(yi),與云端進行(xing)直連。云平臺包含了充(chong)電收費(fei)和充(chong)電樁運營(ying)的所有功能,具(ju)體功能如下:

資源管理(li):充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)站檔案管理(li),充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁檔案管理(li),用戶檔案管理(li),充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁運行監(jian)測(ce),充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁異常交易(yi)監(jian)測(ce)。

交易(yi)結算:充電價格(ge)策略管理(li),預收(shou)費管理(li),賬單管理(li),營收(shou)和財務相關報表

用戶(hu)管理(li)(li):用戶(hu)注冊,用戶(hu)登錄,用戶(hu)帳戶(hu)管理(li)(li),消息(xi)管理(li)(li)

變壓(ya)器監(jian)控:監(jian)控充電(dian)站(zhan)變壓(ya)器負(fu)荷(he),每個充電(dian)站(zhan)配(pei)備一塊(kuai)ARCM300T無線表,超(chao)負(fu)荷(he)時(shi)系統自動(dong)對充電(dian)樁的進行(xing)調(diao)度管(guan)理,即當負(fu)荷(he)超(chao)過百分之(zhi)五十時(shi),系統會限(xian)制新(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)開(kai)(kai)始(shi)充電(dian)的充電(dian)樁的功率,降為百分之(zhi)五十,當變壓(ya)器負(fu)荷(he)超(chao)過百分之(zhi)八十時(shi),系統將不(bu)允(yun)許新(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)充電(dian)樁開(kai)(kai)始(shi)充電(dian),直到負(fu)荷(he)下降為止(zhi)。

2、平臺功(gong)能(neng)

2.1平臺登錄

      在(zai)瀏覽器打開(kai)云平(ping)臺鏈接、輸(shu)入(ru)賬(zhang)戶名和權(quan)限(xian)密碼,進(jin)行登錄,防止未授權(quan)人員瀏覽有關信息。

2.2平臺首頁

      平臺首頁總覽(lan)每天(tian)的(de)(de)開戶(hu)數(shu)、充(chong)(chong)值金額(e)(e)、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)金額(e)(e)、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)度數(shu)、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)次(ci)(ci)數(shu)、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)時長,累計的(de)(de)開戶(hu)數(shu)、充(chong)(chong)值金額(e)(e)、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)金額(e)(e)、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)度數(shu)、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)次(ci)(ci)數(shu)、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)時長,以(yi)及相(xiang)應的(de)(de)環比(bi)增長和同比(bi)增長以(yi)及樁、站(zhan)分布地圖導航(hang)、本月充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)統計。

2.3實時監控

充(chong)電站監控(kong)

      充(chong)電站監控頁面(mian)監視用戶(hu)充(chong)電槍(qiang)總(zong)數(shu)、正在充(chong)電的槍(qiang)數(shu)、空閑槍(qiang)數(shu)、插(cha)槍(qiang)數(shu)量(liang)、故障槍(qiang)數(shu)量(liang)等,匯總(zong)了用戶(hu)擁(yong)有各樁的當日充(chong)電總(zong)次數(shu)、總(zong)電量(liang)、總(zong)時長,進行負荷限(xian)制、故障查詢。

      充電(dian)(dian)樁監控頁面充電(dian)(dian)槍的基本信息、今日充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)量、今日充電(dian)(dian)次數(shu)、今日充電(dian)(dian)時長和累(lei)計充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)量、累(lei)計充電(dian)(dian)次數(shu)、累(lei)計充電(dian)(dian)時長等、充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓電(dian)(dian)流等參數(shu)。

2.4微信小(xiao)程(cheng)序

搜索與使用

      微信小程(cheng)序可(ke)以通過掃(sao)描(miao)二(er)維碼(ma)和(he)微信文字搜索找到,點擊(ji)后(hou)可(ke)以加入到小程(cheng)序列表,如下圖所示

      用(yong)戶(hu)通(tong)過搜索或(huo)者(zhe)掃碼等途(tu)徑(jing)初次(ci)打開小程序(xu)時(shi),會(hui)進(jin)入這個(ge)頁面(mian),需要用(yong)戶(hu)授權登錄才可以進(jin)入小程序(xu)主功能頁面(mian),如(ru)圖所示:

      初(chu)次進(jin)入主(zhu)功能(neng)頁時需要授(shou)權定位才可以(yi)使用地圖(tu)相關功能(neng),在(zai)地圖(tu)上查看到當前所(suo)在(zai)區域的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan),查看充(chong)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)信息,可以(yi)進(jin)行掃碼充(chong)電(dian)(dian)操作,地圖(tu)導航(hang)等(deng)。

充電

      掃描充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)槍上的二維碼,如果當(dang)(dang)前充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)樁可(ke)用即可(ke)進入充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)選擇頁面(mian),可(ke)以查看到(dao)當(dang)(dang)前的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)名(ming)稱、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)槍名(ming)稱,以及當(dang)(dang)前的賬(zhang)戶余額,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)價(jia)和(he)預計可(ke)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)等數據,還可(ke)以查看當(dang)(dang)前賬(zhang)戶的歷史充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)記錄(lu)。充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)方(fang)式分為按時間(jian)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、按金(jin)額充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、按電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)這(zhe)三種方(fang)式。充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)結(jie)束可(ke)以進進行評價(jia)。

個(ge)人(ren)信(xin)息(xi)

      個(ge)人信(xin)息可以顯(xian)示當(dang)前登錄賬號(hao)的(de)昵稱和余(yu)額,同時包(bao)括(kuo)、充(chong)(chong)值(zhi)、充(chong)(chong)值(zhi)記錄查(cha)詢、賬單查(cha)詢、充(chong)(chong)電記錄查(cha)詢、設(she)置支付(fu)密碼等(deng)功能

3、硬(ying)件(jian)配置(zhi)

3.1平臺服(fu)務器:建議(yi)按(an)照我方配置購買,或者客戶自己租用(yong)阿里云資(zi)源。
