監測企業(ye)充電樁的運行狀(zhuang)態(tai),提(ti)供充電樁收費管理和(he)狀(zhuang)態(tai)監測功能(neng),并(bing)根據企業(ye)負(fu)荷率(lv)(lv)變化和(he)虛(xu)擬電廠的調度指令調節充電樁的充電功率(lv)(lv),使(shi)企業(ye)微電網穩(wen)定(ding)安(an)全(quan)運行。

5.7 需求響應

根據(ju)企(qi)業負荷波動數據(ju),再結合虛(xu)擬電(dian)廠的調(diao)度(du)指令,決定(ding)以何種方式(shi)參(can)與(yu)電(dian)網(wang)需求響(xiang)應(ying)(ying),平(ping)臺可通過給儲能(neng)系統下發控制(zhi)(zhi)策略,調(diao)整(zheng)充發電(dian)時間。平(ping)臺在需求響(xiang)應(ying)(ying)時間段調(diao)整(zheng)可控負荷功率,停止(zhi)給可中斷負荷供電(dian),并且(qie)可以根據(ju)企(qi)業可控負荷數據(ju)制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)需求響(xiang)應(ying)(ying)控制(zhi)(zhi)策略,實(shi)現一鍵響(xiang)應(ying)(ying)。
