針對工程具體情況,設(she)計方案(an)具有高可靠性,易于擴充(chong)和友好(hao)的(de)人機(ji)界面,性能價格比優越,監(jian)控系統由站(zhan)控層和間隔層兩部分(fen)組成,采(cai)用(yong)分(fen)層分(fen)布式(shi)網(wang)絡結構,站(zhan)控層網(wang)絡采(cai)用(yong)TCP/IP協議的(de)以太網(wang)。站(zhan)控層網(wang)絡采(cai)用(yong)單網(wang)雙機(ji)熱備(bei)配置。

4.4.1 實時監測

Acrel-1000變電(dian)(dian)站綜合自動化系統,以配電(dian)(dian)一次圖的形式直觀顯示配電(dian)(dian)線(xian)路的運(yun)行(xing)狀態,實時監測(ce)各回路電(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)流、功(gong)率、功(gong)率因數等電(dian)(dian)參(can)數信(xin)息(xi),動態監視各配電(dian)(dian)回路斷路器、隔離(li)開關、地刀(dao)等合、分閘狀態及有關故障、告警(jing)等信(xin)號。




4.4.2 報警處理

監控系(xi)統具有事故(gu)報警(jing)功(gong)能。事故(gu)報警(jing)包括(kuo)非正常操作引起(qi)的斷(duan)路器(qi)跳閘和保護裝置動作信號;預告報警(jing)包括(kuo)一(yi)般設備變位、狀(zhuang)態異常信息、模擬量(liang)或溫度量(liang)越限等。


1)事故(gu)報(bao)(bao)(bao)警(jing)。事故(gu)狀(zhuang)態方(fang)式時,事故(gu)報(bao)(bao)(bao)警(jing)立即發出音(yin)響報(bao)(bao)(bao)警(jing)(報(bao)(bao)(bao)警(jing)音(yin)量(liang)任(ren)意(yi)調節),操作(zuo)員工作(zuo)站的顯示(shi)畫面上用顏色(se)改變并閃爍表示(shi)該設備變位,同(tong)時彈窗顯示(shi)紅色(se)報(bao)(bao)(bao)警(jing)條(tiao)文,報(bao)(bao)(bao)警(jing)分為(wei)實時報(bao)(bao)(bao)警(jing)和歷史(shi)報(bao)(bao)(bao)警(jing),歷史(shi)報(bao)(bao)(bao)警(jing)條(tiao)文具(ju)備選擇查詢并打印的功(gong)能。


事故報(bao)警(jing)通過手(shou)動,每次確認一次報(bao)警(jing)。報(bao)警(jing)一旦確認,聲音、閃光(guang)即停止。


次(ci)事(shi)故報(bao)警(jing)(jing)(jing)發(fa)生階段,允許下一個報(bao)警(jing)(jing)(jing)信號進入(ru),即次(ci)報(bao)警(jing)(jing)(jing)不覆蓋上一次(ci)的(de)報(bao)警(jing)(jing)(jing)內容。報(bao)警(jing)(jing)(jing)處理具備在主計(ji)算機上予以定義或退(tui)出的(de)功能。


2)對每(mei)一測(ce)量(liang)值(zhi)(包括計算(suan)量(liang)值(zhi)),由(you)用戶序列設置四(si)種規定的運行限值(zhi)(物理(li)下限、告(gao)警下限、告(gao)警上(shang)限、物理(li)上(shang)限),分別定義作(zuo)為預告(gao)報警和事故(gu)報警。


3)開關事故(gu)跳(tiao)閘(zha)到次數或(huo)開關拉閘(zha)到次數,推出報警(jing)信息,提示用戶檢修。


4)報警方式。


報(bao)警方式(shi)具(ju)有(you)多(duo)種表現形式(shi),包括彈窗、畫面閃(shan)爍、聲(sheng)光報(bao)警器、語音、短信、電話(hua)等(deng)但不限(xian)于以上(shang)幾種方式(shi),用戶根據自(zi)己(ji)的需要添加或修(xiu)改報(bao)警信息。



4.4.3 調節與控制

操作員對需(xu)要控(kong)(kong)制的電氣(qi)設備進(jin)行控(kong)(kong)制操作。監控(kong)(kong)系統具有操作監護功能(neng),允許監護人員在操作員工作站上實施監護,避免誤(wu)操作。


操作(zuo)控制分為四級:


第(di)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),設備(bei)就(jiu)(jiu)地檢修控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)。具有(you)優先(xian)級的控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)權。當操作人(ren)員將就(jiu)(jiu)地設備(bei)的遠方/就(jiu)(jiu)地切換開關(guan)放在就(jiu)(jiu)地位置時,將閉鎖(suo)所有(you)其他控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)功能(neng),只進行現場操作。


級(ji)控(kong)制,間隔(ge)層后備控(kong)制。其與第(di)三級(ji)控(kong)制的切換(huan)在間隔(ge)層完成(cheng)。


第三級(ji)控制(zhi),站控層控制(zhi)。該級(ji)控制(zhi)在操作員(yuan)工作站上完成,具有遠方/站控層的切(qie)換。


第四級控制,遠(yuan)方(fang)控制,優先級。


原則上間隔層控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)和(he)設(she)備就(jiu)地控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為后備操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)或檢修操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)手段。為防止誤(wu)操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),在(zai)(zai)(zai)任(ren)何控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)下(xia)都需采用分步(bu)操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),即選擇、返(fan)校、執行,并(bing)在(zai)(zai)(zai)站級層設(she)置操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)員、監護(hu)員口令及線路代碼,以(yi)確保操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的性和(he)正確性。對任(ren)何操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)方(fang)(fang)式(shi),保證只有(you)在(zai)(zai)(zai)上一(yi)次操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)步(bu)驟完成后,才進行下(xia)一(yi)步(bu)操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。同一(yi)時(shi)間只允(yun)許一(yi)種控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)。


納入控制的設備(bei)有(you):35kV及(ji)以下斷路器;35kV及(ji)以下隔離開關(guan)及(ji)帶電(dian)動機構的接地開關(guan);站用電(dian)380V斷路器;主變壓器分接頭;繼電(dian)保護裝置的遠(yuan)方復歸及(ji)遠(yuan)方投退(tui)連(lian)接片(pian)。


3)定時(shi)(shi)控制(zhi)(zhi)。操(cao)作(zuo)員對需(xu)要控制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)電氣(qi)設(she)備進行定時(shi)(shi)控制(zhi)(zhi)操(cao)作(zuo),設(she)定啟動(dong)和關閉時(shi)(shi)間,完成定時(shi)(shi)控制(zhi)(zhi)。


4)監控系統的控制輸(shu)出(chu)。控制輸(shu)出(chu)的接點為(wei)無源接點,接點的容量(liang)對直流為(wei)110V(220V)、5A,對交(jiao)流為(wei)220V、5A。

4.4.4 用戶權限管理

系統設置了用戶(hu)權(quan)限管(guan)理功能,通過用戶(hu)權(quan)限管(guan)理能夠防止未經授權(quan)的操作系統可(ke)以定(ding)義不同操作權(quan)限的權(quan)限組(如管(guan)理員(yuan)(yuan)、維護員(yuan)(yuan)、值班員(yuan)(yuan)組等),在(zai)每(mei)個權(quan)限組里添加用戶(hu)名和密碼,為系統運行、維護、管(guan)理提(ti)供可(ke)靠的保障(zhang)。




5 系統硬件(jian)配(pei)置(zhi)


6 結論

隨著(zhu)時代的進步和發展,在變電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)開發上,數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)變電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)綜(zong)合自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)一種(zhong)全(quan)新(xin)的系(xi)(xi)統(tong)設計(ji)(ji)(ji)方案。通過數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)變電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)綜(zong)合自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的引入(ru),可以減(jian)少變電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)工(gong)作人員(yuan)的管理(li)壓力,釋放(fang)人工(gong), 在實現(xian)管理(li)效率改善的同時,也提升了管理(li)的精準性(xing)。為(wei)(wei)此,數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)變電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)綜(zong)合自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)必然是我國未來變電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)設計(ji)(ji)(ji)的核心主流趨勢。我國在該領域(yu)要充分重視相(xiang)應自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)以及智能技術的深入(ru)研發,促使我國在數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)變電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)設計(ji)(ji)(ji)上,取得研發效果(guo)。
