4.1 數據采集及處(chu)理
系統通過測(ce)控單元與儲能裝置、電(dian)池(chi)管理系統(BMS)、汽車充電(dian)樁、風(feng)機逆變(bian)器、光伏逆變(bian)器進(jin)行實時信息(xi)的采集和處理,實時采集模擬量(liang)、開(kai)關量(liang)。
4.2 監視報警
微電網能(neng)量管理系統(tong)應具有(you)事故報警和(he)預告報警功能(neng)。事故報警包括非(fei)正常(chang)(chang)操作引起的斷(duan)路器跳閘(zha)和(he)保護裝置動(dong)作信號;預告報警包括一般設備變位、狀(zhuang)態(tai)異常(chang)(chang)信息(xi)或(huo)電芯過壓(ya)、電芯欠(qian)壓(ya)、電池(chi)簇(cu)過壓(ya)告警、電池(chi)簇(cu)欠(qian)壓(ya)告警等(deng),保障儲能(neng)系統(tong)運行(xing)安全。
4.3 運行監控
微(wei)電(dian)網能(neng)量(liang)管理系(xi)(xi)統(tong)是(shi)儲(chu)能(neng)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)與(yu)運行(xing)人員聯系(xi)(xi)的主(zhu)要(yao)方式(shi),系(xi)(xi)統(tong)可提(ti)供重要(yao)參(can)數的顯示和必(bi)要(yao)操作,包括(kuo)(kuo)儲(chu)能(neng)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)主(zhu)要(yao)儲(chu)能(neng)裝機容量(liang)、充放電(dian)策(ce)略設(she)置、單(dan)次充放電(dian)量(liang)與(yu)時(shi)間、SOC曲線(xian)、收(shou)益及(ji)儲(chu)能(neng)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)運行(xing)狀態參(can)數,手動(dong)和自動(dong)控制,控制調(diao)節對象包括(kuo)(kuo)直流開關、各電(dian)壓等級的電(dian)動(dong)操作開關、主(zhu)要(yao)設(she)備的啟動(dong)退出、PCS功(gong)率設(she)定(ding)、裝置運行(xing)參(can)數設(she)定(ding)等。
4.4 光伏運(yun)行監控
監測企業分布式光(guang)伏(fu)電(dian)站運行情況,包(bao)括逆(ni)變器運行數據、光(guang)伏(fu)發電(dian)效率分析、發電(dian)量及收(shou)益統(tong)計以及光(guang)伏(fu)發電(dian)功率控制。
4.5 儲能管理
監測(ce)儲能(neng)系(xi)統、電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)管理(li)系(xi)統(BMS)和儲能(neng)變流(liu)器(PCS)運行,包括運行模(mo)(mo)式(shi)、功率控制(zhi)模(mo)(mo)式(shi),功率、電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)、頻率等預定值(zhi)信息(xi)、儲能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)、SOC、溫度,根據分時電(dian)(dian)(dian)價(jia)波動及企(qi)業峰谷特點(dian)設置儲能(neng)系(xi)統的充(chong)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)策略,控制(zhi)儲能(neng)系(xi)統充(chong)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)模(mo)(mo)式(shi),實(shi)現削峰填谷,風骨套利,降(jiang)低企(qi)業用電(dian)(dian)(dian)成本。
4.6 充(chong)電樁監測
系(xi)統(tong)具備和企(qi)業(ye)充電(dian)樁(zhuang)系(xi)統(tong)或設備的(de)軟件(jian)接口,充電(dian)樁(zhuang)數據接入微電(dian)網能量管理系(xi)統(tong)進行(xing)集中(zhong)監控,監測充電(dian)樁(zhuang)的(de)運行(xing)狀態,根據企(qi)業(ye)負荷(he)率變化控制和調節(jie)充電(dian)樁(zhuang)的(de)充電(dian)功率,使企(qi)業(ye)微電(dian)網穩定(ding)安全運行(xing)。
4.7 電能質量(liang)監測
監(jian)測微電網重要回路的(de)電壓波動與(yu)閃變、電壓暫升/暫降、短時中斷(duan)情況,實時記錄事件并(bing)故(gu)障錄波,為電能(neng)質量分析與(yu)治(zhi)理(li)提(ti)供數據(ju)來源。及(ji)時采取相(xiang)應的(de)措施提(ti)高配電系統的(de)可靠性(xing),減少因諧(xie)波造成(cheng)的(de)供電事故(gu)的(de)發生。
4.8 自(zi)診斷(duan)和自(zi)恢復
系統具備在線診斷能力,對系統自(zi)身(shen)的軟硬(ying)件(jian)運行狀況進行診斷,發現(xian)異(yi)常時,予(yu)以(yi)報(bao)警和記錄(lu),必要時采取自(zi)動(dong)恢復措(cuo)施。
