對三次諧波治理的合理建議

       對(dui)(dui)于單(dan)相整流電(dian)(dian)路(lu)非(fei)線(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)負荷而言,傳統的(de)無(wu)源(yuan)濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)器(qi)并(bing)(bing)不(bu)適用(yong)。這(zhe)主要(yao)是(shi)由于其(qi)濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)效果(guo)(guo)較(jiao)差,同時還(huan)會(hui)生(sheng)成較(jiao)大容(rong)性(xing)無(wu)功,而這(zhe)部(bu)分容(rong)性(xing)無(wu)功既(ji)是(shi)非(fei)線(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)負荷不(bu)會(hui)用(yong)到的(de),也是(shi)整體電(dian)(dian)網(wang)所(suo)不(bu)需要(yao)的(de)。因(yin)此(ci)(ci)(ci),有關部(bu)門應當采用(yong)有源(yuan)濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)器(qi)進行(xing)(xing)治(zhi)理。在(zai)單(dan)獨(du)使用(yong)此(ci)(ci)(ci)類濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)器(qi)對(dui)(dui)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)中諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)電(dian)(dian)流進行(xing)(xing)檢測的(de)時候,能夠(gou)(gou)(gou)生(sheng)成將其(qi)抵(di)消的(de)補償類電(dian)(dian)流。然而從整體效果(guo)(guo)上(shang)來(lai)看,此(ci)(ci)(ci)類濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)器(qi)只能夠(gou)(gou)(gou)確保(bao)安(an)裝部(bu)位上(shang)游的(de)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)電(dian)(dian)流變(bian)小,卻不(bu)能對(dui)(dui)下游線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)產生(sheng)效果(guo)(guo)。所(suo)以(yi),當對(dui)(dui)上(shang)述特征(zheng)加以(yi)了解后,便能夠(gou)(gou)(gou)針對(dui)(dui)性(xing)地處理三(san)次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)污染(ran),即將有源(yuan)的(de)濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)器(qi)安(an)裝到存在(zai)三(san)次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)的(de)下游線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)中。除此(ci)(ci)(ci)之外(wai),經過多年實(shi)踐(jian)可知,當濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)器(qi)距離三(san)次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)電(dian)(dian)流源(yuan)頭越近,其(qi)防(fang)治(zhi)的(de)效果(guo)(guo)越好(hao)。與此(ci)(ci)(ci)同時,若(ruo)三(san)次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)的(de)過濾(lv)器(qi)為并(bing)(bing)聯形式,也能夠(gou)(gou)(gou)降低(di)三(san)次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓,所(suo)以(yi),將三(san)次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)的(de)濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)器(qi)并(bing)(bing)聯于非(fei)線(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)的(de)負荷比(bi)較(jiao)大供電(dian)(dian)點(dian)處時,能夠(gou)(gou)(gou)將三(san)次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)影響的(de)危害(hai)控制在(zai)較(jiao)低(di)。

 

1、諧波治理整體解決方案

(1)有源電力濾波器的工作原理

       有(you)源(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)力濾(lv)波(bo)器的(de)工作原理如圖1所示,主要由負載電(dian)(dian)流(liu)分離、指令(ling)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)調(diao)節(jie)、輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)控制、驅動(dong)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)以及主電(dian)(dian)路(lu)組(zu)成。它采用(yong)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)型(xing)變(bian)流(liu)器,經連接(jie)電(dian)(dian)抗(kang)器接(jie)入系統,通過調(diao)整交流(liu)側(ce)逆(ni)變(bian)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)瞬(shun)時幅值與相(xiang)位,或(huo)直接(jie)控制交流(liu)側(ce)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu),使(shi)裝置(zhi)發出(chu)或(huo)吸收寬頻譜無(wu)(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率。基于(yu)電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)子的(de)有(you)源(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)力濾(lv)波(bo)器裝置(zhi)并(bing)聯于(yu)電(dian)(dian)網中,相(xiang)當于(yu)一個可控的(de)無(wu)(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)及諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)源(yuan)(yuan),其無(wu)(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)及諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)可以快(kuai)速地跟(gen)隨負荷無(wu)(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)變(bian)化而變(bian)化,自動(dong)補(bu)(bu)償(chang)電(dian)(dian)網系統所需無(wu)(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)及諧(xie)(xie)波(bo),并(bing)且(qie)可以實現從(cong)感性無(wu)(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)到容性無(wu)(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)全范圍補(bu)(bu)償(chang),同時對電(dian)(dian)網電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)進行動(dong)態穩(wen)定調(diao)節(jie)。

(2)有源電力濾(lv)波器的工作原(yuan)理

       有源電力濾(lv)波器采用模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)插拔式設計(ji),集(ji)三(san)相(xiang)不平衡治理(li)、諧波抑制和(he)無功(gong)(gong)補償(chang)功(gong)(gong)能為一體,方便(bian)運維人員安(an)裝拆卸,同(tong)時(shi)也方便(bian)將(jiang)來(lai)用電負荷發(fa)生變(bian)化(hua)擴展補償(chang)容(rong)量。

 ;      該有源(yuan)濾波裝置主(zhu)要特(te)點有以下幾個方面:

       1)補償(chang)方式靈活:既(ji)可補諧波,又(you)可兼補無(wu)功(gong),可對2-51次(ci)諧波進(jin)行全補償(chang)或特定次(ci)諧波進(jin)行補償(chang),同時可治理三(san)相不平衡(heng)問題;

       2)線性補償,全響應時間(jian)≤5ms;

       3)具有(you)人(ren)性(xing)化(hua)的人(ren)機(ji)交互界(jie)面,可通過(guo)該界(jie)面看到(dao)系統(tong)和本體的實時電能質量信息(xi),操(cao)作簡單,可以遠控,也(ye)可以本控;

       4)采用(yong)DSP高(gao)速檢測和運算的數字控制(zhi)系(xi)統和進口IGBT,功率密度大,可靠性高(gao);

       5)監控(kong)(kong)以及(ji)顯示具備遠程通訊(xun)接口,可以通過PC機實時監控(kong)(kong);

       6)標準模塊化設計,縮短交付(fu)周期,同時提高了使用的可(ke)靠(kao)性和可(ke)維護性。

       有源電力濾波器可(ke)采用壁掛和整柜(ju)方式安(an)(an)裝(zhuang),同時可(ke)實現集中和就(jiu)地(di)治(zhi)理,如圖2所示(shi)的產品,給安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)、 維護及日后升級帶(dai)來了便捷,提高(gao)了整體的安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)效率(lv)。

2、案例分析

(1)項目背景

       廣東(dong)某地鐵(tie)改造項(xiang)目,系統中負(fu)載(zai)主(zhu)(zhu)要為照明、空調、泵機類、電(dian)梯、信號電(dian)源、UPS等設備(bei)(bei),開關電(dian)源的(de)啟(qi)動瞬間(jian)形成電(dian)流沖擊,和其它設備(bei)(bei)在(zai)運行過程中會對系統產生(sheng)諧波(bo)電(dian)流污染。其諧波(bo)主(zhu)(zhu)要包括3、5、7、9次;不進(jin)行合理治理,將(jiang)對其他電(dian)氣設備(bei)(bei)產生(sheng)危害,如:大量的(de)3次諧波(bo)造成中線過熱甚(shen)至發生(sheng)火災;大量諧波(bo)造成變壓(ya)器局部嚴重過熱;繼電(dian)保護發生(sheng)誤動作等。

(2)治理方案

       根(gen)據以往測量經驗(yan)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)諧波(bo)分(fen)析與估算,諧波(bo)主要由UPS和一些非線性直流電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)產生,該(gai)項(xiang)目(mu)有(you)(you)(you)1#、2#兩(liang)個配(pei)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan),1#配(pei)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)有(you)(you)(you)2臺(tai)800kVA的(de)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),2#配(pei)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)有(you)(you)(you)2臺(tai)1000KVA的(de)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),分(fen)別采用(yong)集(ji)中治理方案,在每臺(tai)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)下加裝ANAPF系列有(you)(you)(you)源(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)力(li)濾(lv)波(bo)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),由于安(an)(an)裝空間有(you)(you)(you)限,選擇(ze)我司壁(bi)掛式有(you)(you)(you)源(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)力(li)濾(lv)波(bo)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)嵌入(ru)式安(an)(an)裝,1#配(pei)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)中#1和#2變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)下安(an)(an)裝型號均為(wei)ANAPF75-380/BBL,2#配(pei)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)中#1和#2變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)下安(an)(an)裝均為(wei)2臺(tai)型號為(wei)ANAPF60-380/BBL的(de)有(you)(you)(you)源(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)力(li)濾(lv)波(bo)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)并機(ji)使用(yong),保障了整個供電(dian)(dian)系統的(de)穩定(ding)性。

       治理前電(dian)(dian)流(liu)波形發生(sheng)畸(ji)變,三(san)相電(dian)(dian)流(liu)畸(ji)變率分別為10.8%、11.1%、12.5%;在加裝ANAPF系(xi)列(lie)有源電(dian)(dian)力濾(lv)波器(qi)后(hou)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)波形趨向(xiang)正(zheng)弦波,各次諧波得到(dao)抑制,電(dian)(dian)流(liu)畸(ji)變率明顯降(jiang)低,三(san)相電(dian)(dian)流(liu)畸(ji)變率降(jiang)至4.0%、4.1%、4.4%。

3、結論

       本文主要地(di)鐵(tie)(tie)負載電(dian)(dian)能(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)治(zhi)理(li)(li)方案(an)的(de)(de)(de)相關內容,通(tong)過對(dui)地(di)鐵(tie)(tie)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)方面出現的(de)(de)(de)問(wen)題進行分析(xi),并(bing)結(jie)合電(dian)(dian)能(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)相應(ying)(ying)測量(liang)數據(ju),給(gei)出相應(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)(de)治(zhi)理(li)(li)方案(an)。后(hou)結(jie)合廣東某(mou)地(di)鐵(tie)(tie)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)改造(zao)項目案(an)例,并(bing)通(tong)過現場實際應(ying)(ying)用證明了濾(lv)波器(qi)(qi)設備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)實用性,驗(yan)證了有源濾(lv)波器(qi)(qi)設備(bei)可快速(su)地(di)治(zhi)理(li)(li)無功及(ji)諧波電(dian)(dian)流,并(bing)且解決地(di)鐵(tie)(tie)用電(dian)(dian)負荷增長帶(dai)來的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)惡化問(wen)題,對(dui)地(di)鐵(tie)(tie)電(dian)(dian)子設備(bei)、儀器(qi)(qi)儀表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)計量(liang)和整體供電(dian)(dian)能(neng)力、安全運行及(ji)經濟效益具有重要的(de)(de)(de)意義。
