淺談基于工業以太網的煤礦10 kV電網監控系統的設計與應用

摘 要:為了(le)提(ti)高煤(mei)礦供電(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)統的(de)安(an)全性和(he)(he)可(ke)靠性,適應現代化(hua)礦井(jing)建設,構建了(le)基于工業(ye)以(yi)太環網的(de)煤(mei)礦電(dian)(dian)網監控(kong)系(xi)(xi)統,重點介(jie)紹了(le)系(xi)(xi)統的(de)設計方案、結構、功(gong)(gong)能(neng),給出(chu)解(jie)決越級跳(tiao)閘(zha)和(he)(he)自適應漏電(dian)(dian)保護(hu)等相(xiang)關技術。該系(xi)(xi)統經(jing)實際應用,實現了(le)井(jing)下(xia)7個配電(dian)(dian)室的(de)遠程集(ji)中監控(kong)、遙控(kong)、遙測、遙信、遙調等功(gong)(gong)能(neng),提(ti)高了(le)煤(mei)礦生產自動化(hua)水平(ping),強化(hua)了(le)礦井(jing)電(dian)(dian)網安(an)全,防止(zhi)井(jing)下(xia)大面(mian)積停(ting)電(dian)(dian)和(he)(he)越級跳(tiao)閘(zha)等事(shi)故(gu)的(de)發生,縮短(duan)故(gu)障處(chu)理時間,為終實現井(jing)下(xia)變電(dian)(dian)所無人(ren)值守創造了(le)條件。

0 引言

       新(xin)元公(gong)(gong)司(si)現(xian)有3個地面變(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),分別(bie)為(wei)(wei)110 kV變(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、中央風井(jing)(jing)(jing)35 kV變(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、韓莊(zhuang)風井(jing)(jing)(jing)35 kV變(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。110 kV變(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)位于工業廣場內內,擔負新(xin)元公(gong)(gong)司(si)工業廣場10 kV、中央風井(jing)(jing)(jing)35 kV、韓莊(zhuang)風井(jing)(jing)(jing)35kV變(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)任(ren)(ren)務。礦(kuang)井(jing)(jing)(jing)人井(jing)(jing)(jing)10 kV電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)共(gong)計13趟(包括風機系(xi)統),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源分別(bie)引自中央風井(jing)(jing)(jing)場地35 kV、韓莊(zhuang)35 kV、工業場地110 kV變(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)所。井(jing)(jing)(jing)下10 kV配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)室(shi)有9個,各變(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)所兩(liang)回路電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)任(ren)(ren)一(yi)回路停運時(shi),另一(yi)回路仍可滿足(zu)其所帶全部負荷(he)的(de)(de)(de)需要。為(wei)(wei)滿足(zu)集團(tuan)公(gong)(gong)司(si)推進現(xian)代(dai)化礦(kuang)井(jing)(jing)(jing)發展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)需要,有效(xiao)實現(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)系(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)安(an)全可靠運行,新(xin)元公(gong)(gong)司(si)于2014年開始進行電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)監控(kong)系(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)設,經過近(jin)一(yi)年的(de)(de)(de)運行,基本實現(xian)了井(jing)(jing)(jing)下電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)系(xi)統7個配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)室(shi)的(de)(de)(de)遠(yuan)程(cheng)(cheng)集中監控(kong)、就地和遠(yuan)程(cheng)(cheng)操作,實現(xian)了“四遙"功能。

1 新元煤礦電網監控系統

1.1 系(xi)統結構

       新元煤礦(kuang)井(jing)(jing)下電網(wang)監(jian)(jian)控系(xi)統主要(yao)由(you)地面(mian)監(jian)(jian)控中心、以(yi)太網(wang)數據交換中心、地面(mian)保護主機、井(jing)(jing)下數據傳輸(shu)分站、高爆(bao)開關綜合保護器、相關組態軟(ruan)件和其它輔助設備構成,井(jing)(jing)下電網(wang)監(jian)(jian)控系(xi)統示(shi)意圖(tu)如圖(tu)1所示(shi)。

1.2系(xi)統構建

       (1)新(xin)元公司電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)監控系統地面(mian)中(zhong)央風井(jing)35 kV變(bian)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)和(he)(he)110 kV變(bian)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)共計接人(ren)6臺人(ren)井(jing)線路保護裝置。井(jing)下電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)監控系統接入(ru)井(jing)下7個配電(dian)(dian)室(shi),分別是:中(zhong)央配電(dian)(dian)室(shi)、煤倉(cang)配電(dian)(dian)室(shi)、南區(qu)中(zhong)央配電(dian)(dian)室(shi)、集中(zhong)膠帶巷配電(dian)(dian)室(shi)、9“煤中(zhong)央配電(dian)(dian)室(shi)、西一和(he)(he)西二配電(dian)(dian)室(shi)。

       (2)將井下(xia)7個配電(dian)(dian)(dian)室約90臺高開(kai)綜合(he)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi)更換升級為(wei)ZBT—llc型級聯(lian)縱差綜合(he)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi),該保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi)是具有消除越級跳閘功(gong)能(neng)(neng)的新一代高開(kai)綜合(he)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi),它集保(bao)(bao)護(hu)、測控、通信(xin)、故障(zhang)錄波、電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)計(ji)量統計(ji)分析(xi)、諧波含量分析(xi)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)于(yu)一體。低(di)壓(ya)饋電(dian)(dian)(dian)開(kai)關(guan)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi)更換為(wei)能(neng)(neng)夠和IQl37電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)自(zi)動化系統通信(xin)的智能(neng)(neng)綜合(he)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi)。目(mu)前使(shi)用的低(di)壓(ya)饋電(dian)(dian)(dian)開(kai)關(guan)均能(neng)(neng)實現和電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)自(zi)動化系統通信(xin)。

       (3)分(fen)(fen)別在井下7個(ge)配(pei)電室安(an)裝KJ360一F礦(kuang)用(yong)隔爆(bao)型電力監控分(fen)(fen)站(zhan),將配(pei)電室內的高低壓開關與(yu)監控分(fen)(fen)站(zhan)聯接,就地實(shi)現高低壓設(she)備集中控制,同時,安(an)裝視頻攝像頭,實(shi)現遙(yao)視功(gong)能(neng);另一方面通過礦(kuang)用(yong)千兆環網將保護器數據(ju)上傳至地面調度(du)中心,實(shi)現遠程“四遙(yao)"監控功(gong)能(neng)。

       (4)地(di)(di)面機(ji)(ji)電調(diao)(diao)(diao)度和井下(xia)中央配(pei)電室均設置一(yi)(yi)監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)中心(能夠實現地(di)(di)面井下(xia)實時監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)),保證(zheng)地(di)(di)面調(diao)(diao)(diao)度指(zhi)揮與(yu)井下(xia)人(ren)員操作(zuo)實時一(yi)(yi)致,監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)中心包括(kuo):地(di)(di)面調(diao)(diao)(diao)度中心監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)主機(ji)(ji)、井下(xia)監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)中心主機(ji)(ji)、網(wang)絡交換機(ji)(ji)、打印設施等。

       (5)在(zai)井(jing)下配電(dian)(dian)(dian)室安裝(zhuang)DXBl27/127礦(kuang)用隔爆型電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),為保(bao)護器和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力通信分站(zhan)或網(wang)絡交換機提供(gong)可靠的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)和(he)操作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),保(bao)證在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)波動和(he)交流失(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)情況下維持設備正常工(gong)作(zuo)。

       (6)在(zai)地(di)面(mian)調(diao)度中(zhong)心、井下中(zhong)央配電(dian)室、綜合樓機(ji)電(dian)隊辦公室安(an)裝電(dian)力(li)監控客(ke)戶端(duan),在(zai)地(di)面(mian)信息中(zhong)心機(ji)房設置(zhi)電(dian)力(li)監控(通信)服務器(qi)2臺,安(an)裝的KJ360電(dian)力(li)組態專(zhuan)業軟(ruan)件,采用雙機(ji)熱(re)備的工作方式,實現地(di)面(mian)調(diao)度中(zhong)心對地(di)面(mian)、井下高壓(ya)供電(dian)系統的遠程(cheng)監控

2 主要功能

       (1)實(shi)現(xian)地面(mian)調度中心(xin)對井下電(dian)(dian)網的實(shi)時監測(ce)功(gong)能(neng),監測(ce)高、低壓(ya)供電(dian)(dian)系統每個回路的電(dian)(dian)流、電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、絕緣電(dian)(dian)阻、有功(gong)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)、無功(gong)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)、開(kai)關分(fen)合位置、保(bao)護信號、室內視頻、室內溫度等實(shi)時狀態。同時預留(liu)接(jie)口,能(neng)夠實(shi)現(xian)與地面(mian)供電(dian)(dian)系統的銜接(jie)。

       (2)對供(gong)電系(xi)(xi)統及網(wang)路(lu)傳輸系(xi)(xi)統中各種保(bao)護信息進(jin)行實時告警(jing),當(dang)發生(sheng)開關跳閘、保(bao)護動作(zuo)、網(wang)絡傳輸中斷等(deng)事(shi)件(jian)時,將自動調出故(gu)障(zhang)所在(zai)的(de)畫面(mian),具備(bei)故(gu)障(zhang)閉鎖、事(shi)件(jian)記(ji)錄、查詢功(gong)能。

       (3)根(gen)據權限設置,分(fen)級實現開關分(fen)合閘操作管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)、定值管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)、電量管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)、報表管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)、歷史數據管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)、故(gu)障錄波分(fen)析與(yu)打(da)印(yin)、規約轉換、數據轉發等功能。

       (4)通過地面調度中(zhong)心安裝的通信(xin)(xin)服務器和液晶顯示(shi)器,井上、井下(xia)(xia)變電所可進行通信(xin)(xin),顯示(shi)井下(xia)(xia)變電所的視頻信(xin)(xin)息,并可實現(xian)人機交互(hu)操作。此(ci)外(wai)還有(you)歷史數(shu)據(ju)存(cun)儲與(yu)檢索功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)、曲線存(cun)儲與(yu)檢索功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)、報表設計與(yu)檢索打(da)印功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)、圖形畫面組態功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)、web瀏覽功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)、設備檔案管理和自(zi)診斷報警(jing)功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)等

3 電網監控系統相關技術

3.1 分布式智能速斷防越級保護系統(tong)

       系統建設中(zhong),主要是升級(ji)改造保(bao)護(hu)器(qi)為防越級(ji)保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安裝(zhuang)防越級(ji)交換機,搭建光纖縱差(cha)通道(dao)。防越級(ji)保(bao)護(hu)系統組網示(shi)意圖如圖2所示(shi)

3.1.1基本原理(li)

       采用(yong)網(wang)絡化基(ji)因圖譜算法,利用(yong)開關間交(jiao)換故障(zhang)(zhang)信息進行(xing)協商的(de)形式(shi),判(pan)斷故障(zhang)(zhang)區段,實現全網(wang)零秒速斷,以達到防(fang)越(yue)級跳閘的(de)目的(de)。

3.1.2主要特點和效果

       可(ke)(ke)實現級聯縱差(cha)(cha)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)、母差(cha)(cha)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)、三段式(shi)過流、零時(shi)延智能后備保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)。該系(xi)統(tong)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)分(fen)散,可(ke)(ke)就地安(an)裝(zhuang),獨立跳閘,符合(he)國家電(dian)網(wang)公司的要求(qiu)。系(xi)統(tong)具有分(fen)布(bu)式(shi)無主(zhu)網(wang)絡結(jie)構(gou),對通信(xin)依(yi)賴小,故障信(xin)息(xi)協(xie)商(shang),風險分(fen)散,可(ke)(ke)靠性高。系(xi)統(tong)分(fen)層、分(fen)布(bu)式(shi)光纖網(wang)絡設(she)計,保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)功能就地完成,可(ke)(ke)靠性高。變電(dian)所(suo)間級聯縱差(cha)(cha)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)可(ke)(ke)避(bi)免站間越級,母線(xian)(xian)故障快速(su)動(dong)作(zuo)差(cha)(cha)動(dong)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)可(ke)(ke)防(fang)止電(dian)網(wang)擾動(dong),“T"接線(xian)(xian)差(cha)(cha)動(dong)可(ke)(ke)滿足“一拖多"供電(dian)網(wang)絡,零時(shi)延智能后備保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)可(ke)(ke)消除傳統(tong)后備保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)時(shi)間累積效應的缺點,光纖縱差(cha)(cha)通道實時(shi)監(jian)控、動(dong)作(zuo)行為實時(shi)監(jian)控。

3.1.3實現方式(shi)

       利用(yong)分(fen)散安裝的ZBT.1 1 C級(ji)聯縱(zong)差保護器,通(tong)過保護信息網快速(su)交(jiao)換信息,快速(su)判斷故(gu)障區段,可準確快速(su)切除距故(gu)障近的上級(ji)開關,達到防(fang)越級(ji)跳閘(zha)的目的。

3.2激勵式自(zi)適應漏電(dian)保護系統(tong)

       傳統的(de)漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)方法是以接(jie)(jie)(jie)地電(dian)(dian)(dian)流本身的(de)故(gu)障特征作為故(gu)障判據,由(you)于井下(xia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網運行方式變化較大(da),歷次(ci)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地時,接(jie)(jie)(jie)地電(dian)(dian)(dian)流特征都(dou)不(bu)穩定,造成(cheng)了(le)以接(jie)(jie)(jie)地電(dian)(dian)(dian)流特征為判據的(de)漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)經常起不(bu)到作用(yong),故(gu)采用(yong)激(ji)勵式自(zi)適應漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)系(xi)統。激(ji)勵式自(zi)適應選擇(ze)性漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)系(xi)統由(you)SY3603智能選漏(lou)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)終端、SY3601信號注(zhu)(zhu)入裝置、高(gao)爆(bao)開(kai)關中的(de)ZBT一(yi)11C級(ji)聯縱差綜(zong)合保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi)構成(cheng)。ZBT.11 C、SY3603安裝在井下(xia)高(gao)壓開(kai)關中,SY3601安裝在地面(mian)10 kV變電(dian)(dian)(dian)所(suo)中,每段母線安裝一(yi)臺(tai)SY3601信號注(zhu)(zhu)入裝置。信號注(zhu)(zhu)人裝置在探測到有接(jie)(jie)(jie)地故(gu)障時,向接(jie)(jie)(jie)地相(xiang)注(zhu)(zhu)入特殊信號(非工頻信號),經分散(san)安裝的(de)高(gao)開(kai)綜(zong)合保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi)檢測,信號量值達到設定值時,即判定為線路接(jie)(jie)(jie)地,漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)跳閘。SY3600煤礦電(dian)(dian)(dian)網漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)系(xi)統如圖3所(suo)示

3.3 瞬(shun)時失壓(ya)誤動缺陷的完善

       煤礦井下(xia)電(dian)網在遭(zao)受(shou)雷擊、大(da)負載類設備啟動(dong)(dong)、出口(kou)處短(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)等情況時,容易造成(cheng)電(dian)網電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)瞬間(jian)波動(dong)(dong)或下(xia)降(jiang),繼(ji)而(er)無壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)釋(shi)放(fang)線(xian)圈(quan)誤(wu)動(dong)(dong),引起井下(xia)大(da)面積開(kai)(kai)關(guan)跳閘。為了解決這個問題,為每(mei)臺高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)防爆開(kai)(kai)關(guan)配置一臺KYD-01瞬時失(shi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)智能(neng)(neng)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)模(mo)塊,保(bao)證交(jiao)流失(shi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)情況下(xia),在0~5 S內維持無壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)釋(shi)放(fang)線(xian)圈(quan)正常工作,母(mu)線(xian)瞬時失(shi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)時,高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)防爆開(kai)(kai)關(guan)不(bu)會誤(wu)動(dong)(dong)跳閘。KYD-01智能(neng)(neng)無壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)釋(shi)放(fang)線(xian)圈(quan)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)模(mo)塊由開(kai)(kai)關(guan)電(dian)源模(mo)塊、單(dan)片機延時控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)、控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)及告警電(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)、智能(neng)(neng)電(dian)容充放(fang)電(dian)回路(lu)(lu)(lu)組成(cheng),其電(dian)源額定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)為交(jiao)流100 V,源電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)波動(dong)(dong)范圍為75%~110%,額定輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)24 V,保(bao)持時間(jian)0—5 s可調,級差0.5 S,無壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)時,可輸出常閉接點,供(gong)自動(dong)(dong)化系統報警使用。瞬時失(shi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)智能(neng)(neng)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)模(mo)塊原理如圖(tu)4所示

4 解決對策

       (1)山源KJ360礦用電力監(jian)控(kong)系統與(yu)磐(pan)能(neng)綜合保護(hu)器(qi)配合的(de)問題。由(you)南(nan)京磐(pan)能(neng)公司將分站通訊協議(yi)改為常用的(de)MODBUS通訊協議(yi),修改后系統運行正常,解決了保護(hu)器(qi)“死機"或(huo)不通信(xin)問題。

       (2)高壓(ya)防爆開關(guan)(guan)(guan)遠(yuan)程(cheng)操作(zuo)拒(ju)動(dong)問題。根據檢(jian)修計(ji)劃(hua),在(zai)總調度(du)控制室有計(ji)劃(hua)地對井(jing)下所有高壓(ya)防爆開關(guan)(guan)(guan)進(jin)行遠(yuan)程(cheng)分合(he)閘操作(zuo),發現有6臺(tai)次4臺(tai)高壓(ya)防爆開關(guan)(guan)(guan)出現分合(he)閘拒(ju)動(dong)情(qing)況。經查(cha),4臺(tai)次拒(ju)動(dong)是開關(guan)(guan)(guan)本身機(ji)構(gou)問題,2臺(tai)次拒(ju)動(dong)是山源監控分站(zhan)與磐能綜合(he)保(bao)護器之間銜接出現問題,通過分析(xi)和檢(jian)查(cha),解(jie)決(jue)了問題。

       (3)電力(li)監控(kong)系(xi)統不(bu)能(neng)啟(qi)動問題。煤(mei)礦信(xin)息中心機(ji)房2臺電力(li)監控(kong)服(fu)務(wu)器(qi)(qi)監控(kong)系(xi)統出(chu)現(xian)不(bu)能(neng)啟(qi)動問題,顯示數據(ju)庫(ku)連(lian)接異(yi)常,導致整個電力(li)監控(kong)系(xi)統不(bu)能(neng)正常運(yun)行(xing)。將服(fu)務(wu)器(qi)(qi)1 SQL server 2008數據(ju)庫(ku)配(pei)置更改為SQL server和(he)windows混和(he)身份驗(yan)證模(mo)(mo)式,服(fu)務(wu)器(qi)(qi)2重新導人系(xi)統數據(ju)庫(ku)文(wen)件,重新配(pei)置服(fu)務(wu)器(qi)(qi)雙(shuang)機(ji)熱(re)備(bei)。通過(guo)處(chu)理,系(xi)統可正常運(yun)行(xing),服(fu)務(wu)器(qi)(qi)實現(xian)雙(shuang)機(ji)熱(re)備(bei)模(mo)(mo)式。

       (4)人員培(pei)訓問(wen)(wen)題。針對(dui)運行(xing)階段(duan)出(chu)現的系統(tong)管(guan)理與(yu)操(cao)作人員不(bu)能適應新裝備、工藝的問(wen)(wen)題,新元公司機電(dian)系統(tong)已制(zhi)定(ding)出(chu)培(pei)訓計劃(hua)及修(xiu)改相應制(zhi)度、規程(cheng),以保證(zheng)電(dian)網(wang)集控系統(tong)能夠穩定(ding)運行(xing)。

5 安科瑞配電室環境監控系統的介紹與選型

5.1簡介

       安(an)科瑞電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣股份有(you)限(xian)公司根據(ju)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)室(shi)實際情況,結合多(duo)年(nian)的(de)(de)變電(dian)(dian)(dian)站和(he)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)室(shi)的(de)(de)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)管理經驗,研發了安(an)科瑞配電(dian)(dian)(dian)室(shi)綜合監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)統,實現了智(zhi)能開關柜運(yun)行(xing)(xing)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)、高壓(ya)開關柜帶電(dian)(dian)(dian)顯示(shi)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等(deng)負載運(yun)行(xing)(xing)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)、母(mu)線測(ce)溫(wen)監(jian)(jian)測(ce)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜測(ce)溫(wen)監(jian)(jian)測(ce)、環境監(jian)(jian)測(ce)、有(you)害氣體監(jian)(jian)測(ce)、安(an)防監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)、采暖通風(feng)、門禁、燈光、風(feng)機(ji)、除濕機(ji)、空調控(kong)(kong)(kong)制等(deng)功(gong)能。實現動(dong)(dong)力(li)環境各數據(ju)的(de)(de)檢測(ce)與設(she)(she)備控(kong)(kong)(kong)制,實現動(dong)(dong)力(li)環境優化,避(bi)免(mian)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)環境的(de)(de)失控(kong)(kong)(kong)導(dao)致(zhi)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)(she)備運(yun)行(xing)(xing)故障,保(bao)證維護人員,延(yan)長設(she)(she)備使(shi)用壽命,減少(shao)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)室(shi)粗放式(shi)管理導(dao)致(zhi)成本過高,同時(shi)實現配電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)力(li)環境的(de)(de)分(fen)布式(shi)遠程管理。

5.2系統功能

5.2.1 通信管理(li)

       安科瑞智能(neng)配(pei)電室綜合監(jian)控系統(tong)可(ke)以完成(cheng)對整個配(pei)電室范圍(wei)內的(de)通信設備進行管理(li)、添加(jia)、刪除、控制和數據的(de)實(shi)時監(jian)測。

5.2.2實時監測

       安科瑞智能配電(dian)(dian)室(shi)綜合監控系(xi)統人機界面友好,能夠顯示(shi)配電(dian)(dian)室(shi)設備(bei)的運行(xing)狀(zhuang)態,實(shi)時(shi)監測配電(dian)(dian)室(shi)環(huan)境參數信息(xi),如視頻、溫度、濕度、漏(lou)水/水浸、水位、有害(hai)氣體和(he)電(dian)(dian)參量(liang)等。實(shi)時(shi)顯示(shi)有關故(gu)障、告警等信息(xi)。

5.2.3 數(shu)據查詢

 ;      在人機界面中,可以直接查看配電室個設備的運行數據。

5.2.4曲線(xian)查(cha)詢

       在曲(qu)線(xian)查詢(xun)界面,可(ke)以直接查看遙測參量曲(qu)線(xian),包(bao)括溫度(du)、濕(shi)度(du)、水位、有害氣體、電壓(ya)、電流等曲(qu)線(xian)。

5.2.5運行報表

       查詢(xun)配電室內設備(bei)的(de)運行數據報(bao)表,包括日報(bao)表、月報(bao)表、年(nian)報(bao)表和(he)查詢(xun)報(bao)表等。

5.2.6實時(shi)告警

   ;    科瑞智(zhi)能(neng)配電室(shi)綜合監(jian)控系統具(ju)有(you)實時(shi)告(gao)警(jing)功能(neng),系統能(neng)夠對(dui)配電室(shi)溫度(du)、濕(shi)度(du)、有(you)害氣體、設備(bei)故障(zhang)或通信故障(zhang)等事件發出告(gao)警(jing)。告(gao)警(jing)如(ru)右圖(tu)所示:

5.2.7 歷史事(shi)件查詢

       安科瑞智能(neng)配電室綜合監(jian)控系統(tong)能(neng)夠對產生的所有事(shi)(shi)件(jian)記錄進(jin)行存儲和(he)管(guan)理,方便用戶對系統(tong)事(shi)(shi)件(jian)和(he)進(jin)行歷史追溯、查詢統(tong)計(ji)、事(shi)(shi)故分析。

5.2.8 用戶權限(xian)管(guan)理

       為(wei)保障(zhang)系(xi)統穩定運行,設(she)置了用(yong)戶權限(xian)管理(li)功能。通過用(yong)戶權限(xian)管理(li)能夠防止未(wei)經授權的(de)操(cao)作(如(ru)遙控的(de)操(cao)作,數(shu)據庫修改等)。可以定義不同(tong)級別(bie)用(yong)戶的(de)登錄(lu)名(ming)、密(mi)碼及操(cao)作權限(xian),為(wei)系(xi)統運行、維護(hu)、管理(li)提供可靠的(de)保障(zhang)。

5.2.9網絡拓撲(pu)圖

       安(an)科瑞智能配電室綜合(he)監控系統支(zhi)持實時監視接入系統的各設(she)(she)備(bei)的通信狀(zhuang)態,能夠(gou)完整的顯示整個系統網絡(luo)結(jie)構。可(ke)在線(xian)診(zhen)斷設(she)(she)備(bei)通信狀(zhuang)態,發(fa)生網絡(luo)異常時能自動在界面上顯示故(gu)障(zhang)設(she)(she)備(bei)或元件及其故(gu)障(zhang)部位(wei)。

5.2.10遙(yao)控操作

       安科瑞(rui)智能配電室綜合監控系統(tong)可以對整(zheng)個(ge)配電系統(tong)范圍內的設(she)備(bei)進行遠(yuan)程(cheng)遙控操作(zuo)。

6 結語

       (1)新元煤(mei)礦井(jing)下電(dian)網(wang)監測監控(kong)系統在(zai)保證整個電(dian)網(wang)系統可靠性、安全性的前提下,實現了(le)井(jing)下電(dian)網(wang)自動化(hua)遠(yuan)程監測監控(kong)管(guan)理。

       (2)系統采用分布式智能速斷保(bao)護(hu)(hu)原理,縱差保(bao)護(hu)(hu)作為主保(bao)護(hu)(hu),零時(shi)限(xian)智能后備作為遠(yuan)后備保(bao)護(hu)(hu),實(shi)現防(fang)越級跳閘的功能

       (3)激勵式(shi)自(zi)適應(ying)漏電保(bao)護系統(tong)克服了傳統(tong)漏電保(bao)護方法中(zhong)以接地電流本身的故(gu)障特征作(zuo)為(wei)故(gu)障判據的限性(xing)。

       (4)井下7個高壓配電室(shi)及主(zhu)要(yao)低壓供電系統實現(xian)就(jiu)地監控的(de)同時(shi),通過工業環網將保護器數(shu)據上傳至地面調度中心(xin),實現(xian)遙(yao)測、遙(yao)信、遙(yao)控、定值(zhi)遙(yao)調、遙(yao)視(shi)功能,達到集中監控,具備(bei)了無(wu)人(ren)值(zhi)守條(tiao)件。

       (5)各(ge)(ge)配電(dian)室及(ji)變電(dian)站的電(dian)力監控分站通過礦(kuang)用千兆工業環網平臺將各(ge)(ge)配電(dian)室開關信(xin)(xin)息(xi)上(shang)傳到信(xin)(xin)息(xi)中(zhong)心服務器,終(zhong)實(shi)(shi)現地面信(xin)(xin)息(xi)中(zhong)心兩臺服務器、礦(kuang)井總(zong)調客戶(hu)(hu)端(duan)、機電(dian)隊辦公室客戶(hu)(hu)端(duan)、井下中(zhong)央配電(dian)室客戶(hu)(hu)端(duan)對(dui)井下各(ge)(ge)開關的遠程集中(zhong)控制(zhi)(zhi),實(shi)(shi)現了“地面控制(zhi)(zhi)為主,井下監控控制(zhi)(zhi)為輔"的控制(zhi)(zhi)模式。
